I made a temporary reservation and arrived at 11:30 in the middle of the night. There is only a twin room on the first floor. When I walked into the room, the smell was very heavy and it felt very damp and airless. Hotel is good, (*๓ ́╰╯`๓) The only thing that can be included if breakfast is perfect! The surrounding traffic is quite convenient and the parking lot is big enough. The hotel to the restaurant can walk from the indoor passage, it is also very convenient!

The room is not well lited even i turn on all the lights in the room. There is no electric kettle for reboiling tap water. Not very suitable for people not used to drink cold tap water. Only 2 bottled water provided by the hotel no matter hiw long u stay. The staff didnt refill the bottled water. The location is quite far away from the center, u need take a bus for 30 minutes or walk by 1 hour. Also not of a good value for a hotel charge you nearly 150 usd per night

The air conditioning sound is too loud. Most American hotels are cabinet air conditioners. They are placed on the floor below the window and the sound is too loud. Parking is also available for a fee. Close to Northwestern University, the environment is good

Two double beds, the room is very spacious. Good facilities. Breakfast has a light meal at the Sheraton Club, free of charge, and a à la carte set menu and buffet, relatively rich. The location is quite convenient. Overall it is very comfortable.
