Booked 2 nights in this hotel based on trip advisor score and how far AGoda listed it from the airport. Big mistake. The hotel is at least 50 minutes to 1 hour from the airport and it took us 90 minutes to get to the hotel from Phnom Penh. The road to the hotel is not surfaced well and the trip is not pleasant. When we got to reception and booked in we were asked for a deposit of $40 US for the room; as we had prepaid for the room I refused to pay this deposit. We were given no information on the hotel in reception and the time breakfast was served until. At 8:00AM the next morning the cleaner banged on the door and asked to clean the room, I said no too early. At about 9:30 we went into the restaurant for breakfast the buffet was being cleared away. Which I thought was no problem as we could order a la cart. We asked for coffee first and watched as the buffet drip coffee was poured into 2 cups. It was probably the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had and had obviously been sitting on the warmer for sometime as it was very, very condensed and thick. We ordered omelettes from the menu and neither of us could finish them. They were not good. Half an hour later we checked out one day early and booked into another hotel. We were not asked why or offered any compensation.

Family of 4, with our 2 daughters aged 9 and 13, we had the opportunity to spend 2 nights, non-consecutive, in this hotel, 5 minutes from the airport, and quiet. We came on site, price cheaper than booking. It looks like the hotel is relatively new. The rooms are simple but functional and clean. They are air-conditioned. There are 2 small bottles of water. For us, each time we had a room with 2 160 wide beds, ok for us. Small downsides: no fridge in the rooms, the bathroom doors do not close (same problem in the 2 rooms we had, the doors stuck). No restaurant, however, easy to have food delivered by foodpanda, and super fast. Perfect hotel the day before our departure to be at the airport at 7am. Keep up your efforts, and thank you for your service!

The hotel just opened, clean and comfortable. And free breakfast

The room was clean, tidy, and the environment was very quiet. The sight by the window was good. The second time I went to the front desk was not as good as the service I encountered. The breakfast was simple. It ended at 9:30 and went at 8:50. There is almost nothing to eat.

A good place to rest before or after your flight. About 10mn from Phnom Penh airport, they provide free pickup or drop off which makes it a lot easier. The place is clean and quiet (it's not so big, that's why), feeling relax, private and safe. Bob, (the Manager, I think) speaks very good English. I talked to him on his WhatsApp (+85577406060) prior to my arrival, makes things ”a lot” easier, He answered all the questions I asked. Feeling good!

Its my last day in Phnom Penh, surprisingly the hotel is very well designed and cleaned. The hotel room is full modern interior design with warm elements. The staffs are all very polite and helpful. Free breakfast is included in my booking. You can freely choose one dish and one drinks from the breakfast menu. Exchange of money is available too. The location of the hotel is slightly far from the heart of Phnom Penh so transportation Rickshaw is required through PassApp.

This is my first time in Cambodia. I chose a hotel very close to the airport. The hotel can pick you up, which is quite good. The staff are also very enthusiastic and all speak Chinese. There is no barrier to communication. It is also very convenient to eat nearby. Highly recommended.

The hotel is situated close to the airport, the area around the hotel is filled with places to eat with delicious foods. The hotel is clean and comfy with snacks and multiple room options. The hotel manager was amazing and made my stay much more enjoyable. They organise transport for you as well which avoids dealing with potential scams. Highly recommended !
