We were placed in a room where there was dirty underwear on the bathroom floor. We tried to reach the desk to alert them to it but got no response. We had a function we had to go to and did not get back to our room until 3 am. No staff around again at that time. No staff in morning to talk to when checked out. We used our own blankets as we were unsure if we had clean sheets even. Hair in the tub when one of us went to shower Unclean and no staff to assist us to get a clean room

Staff were very nice. Basic hotel room for the night with food options nearby. Wish they would have let us know the pool was not operational when we checked in, but otherwise it was a decent stay.

I have stayed at this location in the past and recognized the updates. However, there is a shortage of staff (understandable!) and we were not informed of this. Getting our own towels each day was not a big deal.
My frustration is the higher charge from what I booked on **********. The difference was about 40% higher! I intend to contact the motel....

The staff must live next to our room as we could smell
food cooking. Just kind of strange. NO ELEVATOR
had elderly sister with me and it was hard to get up and down with luggage.

When I stayed, it was on a Friday evening. Unfortunately I couldn't sleep due to constant doors opening and shutting with talking in hallways after 11pm all the way into 4am. For the price I paid I should have just went to a hotel 6 saved myself $100, atleast then I would of known what I was getting into. Too bad because I've staid at some really nice wyndhams in the past!
