I have traveled around the world and my stay at Sheraton Ankara was, for sure, one of my handful excellent experiences. The hotel was well maintained, really prime location in Ankara with immediate access to best restaurants, cafes, and shoppings. The city view from the room was beautiful. But above everything else, the staff were very polite and helpful. The lobby environment is very welcoming and beautiful, with a very nice bar at the center. I’d like to particularly thank Melek and Golsen who were extremely kind to me and my partner to host us at the bar. Staff and people always are the most important part of your experience when you stay somewhere, and Sheraton is certainly lucky to have people like them in their team.

We had an amazing experience at Lugal, a Luxury Collection Hotel. The customer service was outstanding. They were very helpful in obtaining our luggage that was lost by the airline. The staff also made every effort to make sure our other needs were met. For example when we first arrived I had told Aysima that I was suffering from jet lag. She had the hotel bar make me a drink that was known to help with that. It was delicious. Also she had the hotel provide breakfast to go for our family when we had a very early morning flight to catch. The hotel staff provided a very large platter of fruit in the room the night before our flight. All of the staff was super helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome. They always seemed to be smiling. The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the bathtub was wonderful. We really enjoyed the variety of coffee and tea provided in the rooms.Our whole family was very impressed with this hotel and with the people. We would definitely like to stay there again in the near future.

The facilities, rooms, and the morning breakfast were wonderful. This is a nice place for business traveller's, unfortunately this NOT a great place for families. Throughout our stay, the staff made us feel incredibly unwelcome in this place, as if we were much lower on the scale of importance than their business / government official guests. Whether we were in the lobby, visiting the pool, using the stairs, etc my wife and I were asked repeatedly if we just came off the street and whether we were really guests at the hotel. One or two times is fine, but after 8-10 times you begin to feel a bit unwelcome. The workers at the pool looked like they had never seen children before in their facility. One worker tried to tell us that our older children can only use the toddler pool, and that the normal pool was only for adults! When our family of 5 asked for pool towels they gave us 2-3 towels. When we asked for more towels later they took 5 minutes to call their boss and count out our previously used towels, while our children stood their shivering in the cold. They eventually gave us the towels but we were told that the reason for the delay was because we don't want to do extra laundry! 🤔 Overall, families coming for a relaxing holiday clearly doesn't fit into their normal demographic of clients. And the staff seemed to go out of their way to find direct or indirect ways of communicating this. NOT recommended for families with children!

The hotel is estimated to be a five-star hotel many years ago, and the equipment is relatively old. For example, I have never seen an old-fashioned air conditioner. But the overall sanitation environment is good, the size of the room is suitable, the facilities are complete, and the location is also very good. The restaurant downstairs is very convenient. There is a Xinjiang restaurant two or three hundred meters to the right when you go out. Overall, the price is really good, it is not even a family hotel in Istanbul. I will choose here again on my next business trip.

The room was clean and big enough. Workers there were nice and breakfast was good enough too. The toilet seat was a little crooked, and the shower flow could have been better, but the water was hot and ultimately ok. They gave us enough towels, soap and shower gel. Every day they made sure we had two small bottles of water for free (not in the mini bar, which was there too but we didn't have the need to use it). All in all everything was good enough.The position of the hotel is fantastic. Me and my partner had a good time here.

Last winter we stayed with my mother for one week. Two women were a very quiet and comfortable accommodation. We chose Seven Deep again to stay with my wife and children last weekend. During the reservation, I remember how interesting, respectful and laughing the administration and staff were. They are much more than they are for cleaning, decoration, comfort and location. The work desk in the rooms is very ideal for accommodation for business. The family room with my family was elegant, useful and pleasant. I advise children. But the roofing floor could be risky for too many small children. The best-seller street and Tunisian Hilmi restaurant and a mobile, safe store for shopping. There is no need to seek alternatives to the proper budget accommodation except Seven Deep.

In this kind of quality hotels i wasn't expecting this.Moreover,they didn't even tell us our floor so i guessed it from the number on our card! During their shift all they did were staring at us badly when we were going in and out.Housekeeping lady were much more positive and helpful.After we checked in to our room approximately 30 minutes passed and i couldn't connect to wi-fi so i called reception and what they told me was they didn't start our check-in procedure into system so i should wait to connect wi-fi, what i mean here is we didn't see any guests checking in , hotel was not crowded and of course i thought that after they got our info and let us go to room of course check-in procedure should finish but what i heard was they didn't even start it. Another thing i should add here is , our room wasn't prepared for us as it had no complimentary water, no shampoo/shower gel, no towels. Thanksfully housekeeping lady found it out and brought us everything after half an hour passed from our checkin, i guess again it's receptionists mistake.Night time staff in the reception were much better and positive.Apart from that it is well located,close to embassies and attractions,well equipped rooms with real luxury and high tech.Enjoyed every minute of our stay in the room and the view as well! Already recommended to friends who will visit Ankara.

Drive to Cappadocia by car to Ankara, and stay at this hotel. The double room is fixed, but the hotel reception has arranged a room with a big bed and a small bed, not a crowded one. The location of the hotel is not big but you can park for free. Just give the key to the younger brother. Breakfast is also very rich.
