First and foremost the very arrogant restaurant manager. A small, unsympathetic middle-aged man with glasses. You never had the feeling of being welcome. Quality of food was ok but definitely not a five star standard. Only the young and really warmly friendly lady at the breakfast reception should be emphasized. Staff at the reception desk as well as the porters and housekeeping extremely friendly and competent. All in all, this address is more of a three to four star hotel. Condition, appearance, restaurant staff and quality definitely do not deserve five stars.
