The hotel is nice and high quality, but there was a problem with the valet at the entrance. I towed my own car and bought it myself. The spa section of the hotel is very bad, the pool is cold, the welcoming staff is insufficient, the massage is very good. I've never paid this much money and had such a bad Balinese massage.

Wonderful hotel, convenient location (there are many cafes and shops nearby), clean, spacious room.

The facilities such as spa and lobby etc are great! The location is too far away from the city centre. But the area is quite nice. There is a restaurant about 5 minutes from the hotel called Adana is brilliant they have the best grill !
The young bellboy is a very nice person, very helpful and pleasant! Sadly we forgot his name. But to give a clue that he worked the night shift during our stay during 19th and 20th December 2023 evenings.

A beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, clean, pretty. Lovely environment. Nice, comfy bar to work in
And good latte. We were so pleased we booked an extra night.
