Nice hotel..near Istiqlal mosque...near market and food stalls. There is wifi and water heater. For breakfast is quite good. With a cheap price, this hotel is really good. But for the AC it doesn't work..the refrigerator is also not cold..the TV is quite good, there are channels. Overall ok

I've been treated like a beggar in a 16€ hotel. While I was eating breakfast, a person who seemed to be a kitchen staff suddenly asked me to show my card in Turkish. His attitude was very rude, and the staff stared at me with a nasty expression until I left after the meal.
The bathroom plumbing was broken, so when I turned on the water in the sink, water would burst through the pipes and it would smell bad. The toilet lid was separate. It was dirty and cracked everywhere, and the amenities were just used bottles. I couldn't use the bathroom at all.
Except for the good location, it's the worst.

I had very nice experience with this hotel. I arrived early but they checked me in without any problems. also the offer a lat checked, around 1:00 pm.the staff are very friendly. the location is very close to bus station. I really recommend it.

Awsome. i just can not forget the receptions and client services not to the mention the manager. humbly and respecfuly they treat their clients. just to say I found my home at santral otel. loved thr furnitures and meal plan. it is auite located at proximity. could do everything arround.

We stayed at the Hotel for 3 nights, the staff was friendly since the beginning. The room was spacious, clean and with good ventilation. It's has a good air-conditioner too and good shower and cozy bed The hotel was super quiet, and a good place to rest. It was near to old town center and also it was easy to get to metro, parks and you can get by walk to new downtown. I would recommend to stay here to avoid the craziness of the new downtown because there's to many people. Another good point it's that the hotel was near to many food places just around the corner. The staff also help us with no charge extra to keep our backpacks during our last day in town before we go to the Otogari. Thank you so much for your welcoming and good disposition.
