Located in the west of the city, close to the industrial area, it is convenient for visiting customers.
But the hotel environment and breakfast are really average.

We requested a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke and there were burn holes in the sheets. Other than that, the cleanliness was good. I liked the breakfasts, the ingredients were chosen carefully.
The location is a bit noisy as it is on the 6th floor of the business center and there is a wedding hall under the building.

There is no welcome at the hotel. There is no bellboy. We do not carry your belongings yourself. We stayed for 1 day, 2 adults and 2 children. We carried our suitcases with the children. We went to the room and it smelled like cigarette smoke. We asked if you had a non-smoking room and they said no. There was women's hair on the floor in the bathroom. Then we requested it and they cleaned it. We asked for a dental set and they said they could send 2 out of 4. We were not very happy with our stay. I hope they fix these issues.

The hotel was clean. There was no kettle or tea/coffee in the room. I think that was the only thing missing. Also, it was a little difficult to find the hotel's parking lot. You need to get into the industry.

This hotel is not what you expect it is in the middle of an Industrial estate there is no where to walk to it comprises of a couple of floors which contain mediocre rooms which are very tired. & not particularly clean. The bathroom has bad plumbing problems with terrible smell coming from the toilet, no kettle in the room , no ironing facilities in the room, safe did not work room overlooking a wedding party area which had loud noise at night. Would not recommend.
