The only good thing was the free parking and central location. Our room was in the basement. No window, the ventilation was so noisy it had to be turned off. Sorely needs upgrading as damp and worn out. Only one plug socket and that's for the TV. Asked for a room upgrade and the price to upgrade exceeded the room rate. No housekeeping but did manage to get fresh towels. No sound proofing and extremely noisy after 11pm until well after midnight. We checked out the day before and the reception staff did not ask why. Presume we are only one of many who do this. I have taken photos to back up my review but unable to download!

I like nothing in this hotel they do not turn the air system on everywhere smells very bad dirty rooms and very noisy. I ordered food they brought me food with no fork no spon nothing when i said i pay the food when i chick out he said no muss pay it now. that is the worst hotel i have ever seen.

Nice property. They are very meticulous about cleaning. I liked it. We had a small problem. They took care of it immediately. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi. I recommend it. I would like to thank them for making a hotel where families can stay.

There was a smell coming from the drain and the room was cold, I stayed for 2 nights, I asked them to change it, they did not change it, they said we did not have a free room, you will regret it, you cannot stay here for this money.
