Aile odasının temizliği çok kötüydü. Tuvaletin su akıtma tuşları bozuktu. Zemin halısı ile duvarlar aynı renk olması odayı boğmuştu. Klimalar doğru düzgün çalışmıyordu. Kahvaltıda sunulan yiyecekler sınırlıydı. Resepsiyondaki personeli güleryüzlüydü. Sırf bu yüzden 3 yıldız verdim yoksa 2 yıldız

The staff were friendly and sincere, we were very pleased especially with the lady at the reception for her help, but the cleanliness of the rooms was very, very bad. The dirt on the carpets, toilets and bathrooms, and the rust on the taps were very visible. Also, the limescale in the shower cabin was very disturbing. Otel tamamen temizdi. Duşta şampuandan kulak çöpüne her şey vardı. Tek sorun otelle bitişik olan gece kulübü! Sabahın 5ine kadar müzik odanın içerisinde çalıyormuş gibiydi. Ne yazık ki iki gece de uyuyamadık. Bu çevre başlığı altında bildirilmemiş. Bunun dışında konfor, kahvaltı, temizlik ***et iyiydi. Sesten rahatsız olmayanlar rahatlıkla tercih edebilir.
