i spend a night without lamp and heater in -9 degree . nobody knows english even this much that i know ! . nobody cares privacy , nobody knows waht is "dont disturb" sign . two star is too much. i will never comeback there.and everything is in tiny mode :)) (bathroom, and room and attention to guest )

What I didn't like: The room and the bathroom were somewhat small (though not tragically). There were people smoking in the breakfast lounge and bone of the staff said anything to them despite the "no smoking" sign was big and visible to everyone. Finally the elevator was broken when we were there (but it got fixed the day after). What I did like: The room was extremely (extremely) clean and it had good furniture. The shower, though small, worked very well. They gave us enough towels, soap and shower gel for our necessities and also a free small bottle of water. They serve a very good turkish breakfast. The location of the hotel is fantastic and in a very quiet spot. Lastly the staff was very nice. It was a very positive experience.
