Prima hotel voor een paar dagen Ankara. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De receptie spreekt goed Engels! Kamer mooi en ruim. Enige probleem was de douche, die lekte behoorlijk waardoor de hele vloer nat was.

It is a hotel very well located in the center of Ankara to be able to go to most of the places on foot without having to take the car or public transport It is an almost family hotel with few rooms where the staff takes great care of you as if you were at home There are large rooms ans small suites that I recommend using and requesting as there are very small rooms that should be avoided Although in general the rooms are good and clean they leave something to be desired since they have chips in several places and some furniture should be replaced There are valets so you do not have to worry about parking but they do not have a laundry so the valets do a pretty good job of taking your clothes to wash Breakfast stars late not before 7:30 and only has variety for the typical Turkish breakfast not for the western one

The bathroom had mold all around the shower, The internet NEVER worked, asking 3 times for help, I gave up. The towels are just gross, really was so awful. Never again, I could not sleep due to the fact I just wanted to get out of there.

This place is vile, the bathroom is flat out gross, mold and all black,my daughter refused to shower, There is no room service for food. The room is dirty, lines are old and had a bad smell. Bathroom towels are old and ragged. I wish I could give it zero stars . It's just awful, and I NEVER wrlte reviews, I just go with the flow, but this is beyond.

Berbat bir konaklama:
Otelin yanındaki müzikli eğlence yeri nedeni ile 02.00’a kadar gürültü nedeni ile uyumak mümkün değil, otelin bu konuda hiçbir çabası yok.
Camlardaki ses yalıtımı çok kötü. Müzik bitince yok gürültüsü olduğu gibi odada.
Çatı katında gece motor gürültüsü bitmiyor.
Çayı katında sabahları güvercin gürültüsünden uyunmuyor.
Sonuç olarak; uyumak mümkün değil. Sabaha kadar uyumadık. Otel ise bu konuda oda değiştirme dahil hiçbir konuda yardımcı olmadı.
