Everything in a good used hotel complex that has been run down over the years. The staff are very friendly and very reliable.

The hotel does not at all resemble a chain hotel. Everything is old, in some places it is held on with tape. There is a constant smell of cigarettes on the floor. Breakfast is weak for such a chain, and some products are already moldy. But the most important thing is the air conditioning, which in April only blows when it’s warm (during the day +20 or more). The room is stuffy, and if you open the window, there is a lot of noise from the highway!!! At the reception they recommended just turning off the air conditioning and opening the window. We consider this unacceptable for such money...

Half of the hotel's rooms have windows facing a main road, which is very noisy. The cups for brushing teeth are plastic, and one of the free mineral water bottles is unscrewed, suspecting that it is filled with tap water. There is nothing to eat for breakfast, and during breakfast time, there are tour groups going up and down to check out, and the elevator is completely unusable. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied. The staff at the reception were very nice, but nobody cleaned our room. That's why I didn't think the room was very hygienic.
The breakfast was very meager and not what I expected. For the price I paid, there should be a decent breakfast. Radisson Blu hotels are usually very well known, so I found it very disappointing. The rooms are also very outdated; they should change something.
