Ben 03.11.2023 tarihinde giriş 05.11.2023 tarihinde çıkış için ankara anemon otele rezervasyon yaptırdım. Daha sonra otele gittiğimde odaların dolu oldugunu, bana sadede halıflex olmayan bir oda vereceklerını söylediler. Ben konaklama için odayı internetten sizin üzerinizden tuttugumda şehir manzaralı gibi maddeler vardı lakin odada hem -1 de idi kot farkı vardı hemde direkt otoparka bakıyordu. Davranısları ise giris yapacagım gun ankarada chp kurultayı oldugu ıcın butun oteller nerdeyse full cektı ondan dolayı küstahca tavırlar sergıledıler kısacası hem oda hemde hizmet davranıs bakımından rezervasyonun iptalini istedim. Ayrıca odeme iadeside istedim şartları karsılayamadılar
Sizlerle iletisime geçmemi istediler, o gün direkt rezervasyon iptalini size mail olarak ilettiler lakin caner bey adlı kişi bu iade onların insiyatıfınde diye bir görüş beyan etti. Ez cümle maalesef mağduriyet yarattılar hem ankaranın en kalabalık olduğu bir günde otelsiz kaldım ve maalesef son gun baska bir otel rezarvasyonu yapmak zorunda kaldıgım ıcın yüksek bir ücret ödedim.
Bu iptalin iadesini talep ediyorum, gerekirse hukuki yollara basvuracagım. Herşeye tamam ama saygısızlığa ve küstahlığa tahammül edemem. Sizlerden rica otelide bu konuda uyarmanız ve bir an öncede otel için ödediğim ücretin iadesinin yapılması. Teşekkür ediyorum, sevgiler

住在負二樓就有點不太舒服了，酒店是不錯，挺大的，沒仔細體驗，總體感覺還可以的。不過附近都是酒吧和喝茶的，飯店不多
