The staff was super friendly.
There was a welcome fruit, which I appreciated due to the late arrival.

Every thing you expect form a 4 star hotel is there. But to me the most attractive thing is It’s location as the hotel is located in a very good area where you can find plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and MEYKHANEH. It is also near the several embassies such as Canada, India, Italy. Another important thing is hotel staff who are so nice and helpfull. Room service is very good and in good order.

Great experience. Very hospitable staff, exemplary cleanliness, reasonable breakfast, and affordable price. Special thanks to the receptionist, Mr. Eray, who was very helpful and even arranged for our early check-in without any added charge.

we stayed at Niza Park Hotel last September. we were visiting Ankara for a family event, and had reserved 3 rooms. we were a total of 6 people of all age groups. we loved the hotel and the staff. all rooms very clean. staff are exceptionally polite. my special thanks to Mr. Ilgin for taking care of our reservation and making our stay a joy.

My boyfriend stayed at this hotel and we thought it was a nice hotel since it was 4 stars. Even though my boyfriend was a foreigner, we noticed that English was not spoken, but the next day we saw that a female foreign customer was being taken care of, so as far as I understand, you have to be a female customer to get attention in this hotel!!! Also, when I wanted to use the toilet in the corridor of the hotel, they treated me very rudely, as if I was doing something wrong, and I could not understand this. Only one young employee was polite, but of course one person being polite is not enough. When my boyfriend said that he was surprised that English was not spoken to him, I asked the rude and sullen staff at the reception why, and the answer I received was, again in a cocky way, "But we know English". Since they know, I don't think so, they probably have a level of Hello,how are you level, why did they refrain from helping? This is a question mark. They may not know English either. Even though they are a 4-star hotel in the heart of Ankara, they should not present themselves as helping them in English. But as far as I understand, since this type of hotel serves tours, they do not care about such individual tourists. I think it is shameful that they treat a tourist like this because such behavior is a very disadvantage for the country's tourism. My suggestion is do not go, especially if you are a tourist. The location may be good, but location does not mean everything, service quality is very important in this era..
