酒店的位置很好，就在香溪洞景區上山的路上。
到了酒店就有服務人員來接，態度也很好。
6點多住下，已經睡了，到晚上10點鐘突然被巨大的噪音吵醒。不僅床在震，連帶着床頭的牆壁摸上去都有震感。打電話找來值班的前台服務人員，他講是因為整個酒店的空調相關設備在房間樓上。第二天的前台服務人員又説噪音的來源是因為更上一層樓的餐飲公司產生的。我翻看攜程酒店的評論區也有顧客反映半夜突然產生噪音很大，無法睡覺的情況。這間酒店並沒有提前今天入住的我們。
不得已，收拾行李，從三床房搬到，雅韻智能雙床房
，三床房一晚207，雙床房一晚146。房子降低規格207-146=61元。雙床房睡三個人，十分擁擠。沒有休息好。
第二天，臨走時向酒店前台反映我們的訴求。酒店前台説補差價的事，要找經理，經理週一上班才能協商。然而，在微信上承諾，有消息一定回覆的前台，將近過去兩個周了。遲遲沒有回覆。
對酒店的問題處理效率十分失望。
圖片是三床房與二床房的設施。
設施剛住進去的時候覺得物超所值。
可是，使用過程中發現智能馬桶蓋兒自動沖水無法響應。床頭的人工智能無法打通前台的電話。

房間還不錯 我選的一個沒有窗户 剛進去有點氣味 浴缸旁邊地上有好幾個煙頭 煙灰很多 淋浴頭用完之後 時不時的在滴水 服務還不錯

怎麼説呢？看圖或許會很不錯，初訂了是一間無窗房，進去洗手間居然是沒門的，抽風系統極差，一個字臭！立馬來到前台補差價換房。貌似很不錯的設計，但同樣的問題，洗手間和浴室門不到頂，且公用一個趟門，關了洗手間就關不到浴室，抽風系統連帶燈，關了燈抽氣扇就停止工作了，最關鍵的地漏直冒溝渠的臭味，無奈衹能用浴帽臨時蓋住地漏，洗手盆的去水口，也用雙層洗臉巾稍微打濕了蓋住！馬桶還直對着床頭…無語的設計！前台小姐姐還是熱情禮貌的！

酒店位置可以挺方便的，我們是出差到酒店半夜了前台服務特別差，凌晨三點多還沒辦理入住我想上廁所，前台説酒店沒有廁所，我問你們員工在哪裡上廁所，她説在客房，我真的無語了，我想問一下客房大姐把衞生打掃乾淨你們前台跑客房上完廁所在給客人登房嗎？還有你們酒店滿房的情況下員工不上廁所上廁所？在也不會去了！前台太讓人失望了！

窗户打開就是一大片墓園子（離窗口十米都沒，就在牆根底下）入住也不説，去房間看到這馬上跑路，也不給退錢，跑那麼遠去還白搭個房費，房間裏也是一股子黴味，基本沒啥人住那，走廊也黑的很，不適合入住適合探險，沒看錯的話電梯口還貢了尊鍾馗，這到晚上不得全是鄰居🙄

酒店在小坡上面，到時已黑天，來回走了2趟，定温泉酒店，有浴缸，可能新開業吧，店家很晚辛苦地為我們開熱水，水很好，自己洗洗刷刷浴缸🛁，泡的很舒服。

酒店在試營業，房間空間超大，停車方便，離香溪洞很近，周邊還有吃的，樓上有家中餐館味道不錯。熱水很熱，暫時沒網和電視。

去重慶玩回來路過安康，定了兩間房由於到的時間比較晚，前台小姐姐給升級了一間房，房間很乾凈而且還帶陽台，智能電器，乾濕分離的衞生間。返程中性價比很高的一家酒店，推薦
