前台服務非常周到， 特別滿意，真的是人人都熱情，服務非常好，每次進出都會向我們微笑問好，東西落在酒店，前台聯繫我還幫我把東西收納的整整齊齊，真的很不錯，些許小感動，大廳還有休息區和茶提供，還有洗衣房，設施非常齊全，推薦大家入住👍🏻

第一次入住這家酒店，太讓我驚喜了，服務超級好啊，太熱情了，早餐也很豐盛，熱水熱乎乎的，洗了個熱水澡，前台小姑娘還送了我兩瓶水路上喝，這樣用心的酒店必須挺啊~~~

去漢濱初中考試來這住了一晚，不得不説如家neo酒店服務設施做的很好也考慮的很周全，房間打掃很乾凈沒有異味，前台和保潔阿姨態度認真十分熱情有求必應，設施全都是一次性的，包括刷牙的一次性水杯也是用塑封膜給封起來了很不錯，中間反饋了一次洗完澡對沐浴露過敏及時處理給我拿了幾衹其他品牌的沐浴露和洗髮膏，做事很認真及時。可惜當時時間着急沒來記得拍照片，我個人感覺比星程酒店要做的好體驗更舒適。

環境優美，衞生乾淨，房間採光很好，床品很乾凈，衞生間也打掃的很乾凈，有餐廳，早餐種類豐富，味道也很棒，有洗衣房，全自動洗衣機和烘乾機使用起來很便捷，這對我這出差人士很友好，酒店工作人員服務態度也很好，很熱情，很貼心！好評！推薦！

酒店可以免費停車，前台服務員也很熱情，專門給小朋友提供小童拖鞋，前台美女幫忙給烘乾衣服，必須得誇讚一下前台的服務，房間衞生乾淨，住的挺舒服，這次選的酒店家人都非常滿意！下次有機會來安康還繼續住這家店！

把車停在酒店停車場裏被撞了，酒店工作人員衹讓留了電話號碼就讓人家走了，沒有及時通知到我們，放別人走了，而受害者沒有等到肇事者，住你家酒店車停在你家酒店，酒店並沒有做到更多的幫忙協助，住兩天連續兩天被撞兩次
