After showing up without reservation they told me to book via trip.com to safe some money, nice. Staff was OK and helpful. The usual 'we can't take foreigners' game took a 10 minutes wechat discussion after they gave up. OK rooms, good value for money.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There is no elevator, and the corridor may not have been cleaned when I arrived at the second floor. Even disposable toiletries, slippers, and hair dryers are not provided in the room. I have to call the front desk to ask for them, and they will deliver them once I ask for them. There are some tiny hairs on the bed sheet, and I asked for a new one. The waiter grumbled and changed the bed sheet reluctantly, and after I left the room, I heard all kinds of cursing in the corridor! This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in!

The soundproofing is really bad, but the cleaning lady has a good attitude. I gave a bad review to the front desk lady at the beginning because of her bad attitude. After I asked, I felt like she was glaring at me every time I came in.

Everything else is ok, but the room window faces the entrance to the second floor, and there is basically no sound insulation, and closing the window is useless. After 12 o'clock in the evening and after 6 o'clock in the morning, there are guests making noise. The auntie in the hotel also talked loudly at the door after 7 o'clock in the morning, which made it impossible to sleep. It is recommended to book a normal room.
