Except for the size of the penthouse suite and location nothing is good. Dirty, lazy staff and bad pool. Ingact let's say no pool. I booked the suite at this hotel for a 5-day honeymoon in Goa, and it turned out to be the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that this place was falling apart. The suite had broken taps, non-functional lights, and the TV didn’t work. I couldn’t believe that a hotel of this supposed standard would allow such basic issues to persist. To make matters worse, the staff was completely untrained and unhelpful. It was impossible to get any assistance, and they seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. The hotel has a nightclub attached to it, and it stays open until at least 3 AM. The pounding music and blinding lights were unbearable. There’s no chance of getting a good night’s sleep here—at least not until the club finally shuts down for the night. Parking was another nightmare. There’s clearly no parking at the hotel, so we had to scramble every time we needed to park. It felt like the hotel just didn’t care about the convenience of its guests. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. There’s a Lemon Tree hotel just 200 meters away that seems like a far better option, and honestly, I wish we had booked there instead. To top it all off, the hotel leases its restaurant and spa to third-party vendors, so you’re not even getting the full service you’re paying for. For anyone considering this hotel, please save yourself the stress and book elsewhere. This place was a huge letdown, and I certainly won’t be returning.

Had the most amazing stay in this hotel. In fact everyone at Anamiva were absolutely courteous and helpful. Breakfast was minimum but delicious. A special thank you to Sudha who runs the hotel as her recommendations for dining out was absolutely spot-on. Thank you Sudha and we'll definitely be back soon!

Visited the place last week, definitely the best place in Goa. Each corner of the hotel looks like a piece of art. From the hospitality aspect to the interiors everything is perfect and worth visiting.

Very nice property, humble staff and very much in the center of anjuna with everything close to 5-10 mins max. They also have a inhouse spa. Special mention to Anuradha on the front desk, always smiling and will make you feel welcomed. Rooms are spacious and will all basic amenities. Breakfast spread is limited but sufficient only one issue was my wife eats only Jain, and both the days they only served poha repeatedly. Apart from this everything was perfect

I booked a stay at this hotel last November for March this year. Cancelled well in advance, and they promised me a full refund of my deposit. Have not received two months after cancelling and they are now ignoring my emails and calls. Very disappointing, have been scammed. Be warned all.
