It's been first time visit to Goa. We stayed from Dec 21st to 24th. Let me brief the reason for 5 Star rating . Wanted to stay good hotels around 3 to 5k budget as this is family trip. Most of stays in North goa around the budget range have mixed reviews as per travel platforms. Of course there are few good stays with exceptional good reviews but the cost has been increased twice/ thrice than usual rates due to holiday season. At one point of time I've thought of to defer trip jan or feb. During the planning, got to know about this hotel from colleague, who stayed in first week of December . Booked room just 3 days before trip. Through no rooms available as per travel platforms, called directly hotel . Pooja from reservation team helped to get good room. We love stay. Hotel is so clean and maintained very hygiene. Friendly and polite staff. We have opted room with breakfast. . The food is delicious. The rooms were very clean and occupied with all amenities. Through location is close to Anjuna beach, easy accessible to all beaches. Highly recommendable if you are going with family and want to have pleasant stay. Our kid is enjoyed too.

About the Holitel- It's located very prime location of Anjuna main Road. It has very good infrastructure and room sizes. About Restaurant - The food was awesome their shef are mind blowing. Very yummy Veg pasta. You must select their food options with room package. About Staff- Ms. Jasveer Kaur- she was always welcome with smily face and serve you top most service I am damm sure you will never forget her service at restaurant. Thank you Jasveer. I would like to big thank other person for his best service. Overall must visit place with you family. I will choose again when I will visit North Goa Suggestion- 1. please don't charge for milk atleast for children.

The staff is good but the sales manager Mr Hitesh Nagdev and General manager Mr Rajan are not good people as I had a concern related food and airport pick up but I did not get any help with GM as well I was shocked despite of being GM of this hotel.. But the owner of the property Mr Manas Gupta unhone bhut light way mei liya and he was not apologetic in any way And sales manager Hitesh Nagdev he wanted the money of cab pickup although I did not avail the cab He told the front office person to call me several times at night in my room extension till 11:30pm I was getting calls This is the way they treat there guest who Has paid 15k Pathetic service and staff Not recommended at all

It was good stay at holitel, the food and tea specially could be alot better, but rather than that everything was really nice, staff there was really sweet and helpful, Nikumoni Pooja Jaideep and Sahil attended us for our 4 days stay. Really nice property and nice aura. Quite near to almost every thing.🩷🩷

The stay at Holitel Hotel was amazing, with very polite and friendly staffs. The food was very very good. The rooms were very clean and occupied with all amenities. I would like to mention the great service provided by Amit, Nikku, Pooja and Sahil. They made the stay more convenient and they always checked if we were comfortable. I will surely book another time at Holitel again.

Best experience ever... They have maintained it very well. The hotel rooms are very Clean. The staff is very friendly and polite. Highly recommended. The food was very good and we received it as we wanted it. Our kid enjoyed it too. Please continue to do good work. Will visit again 😄
