The room and environment are OK, but the service is particularly bad. I complained. I booked six rooms for two days. On the first day, the toilet in one room was blocked. After reporting the problem, I entered the room again. This room 9009 is a non-smoking room. The maintenance staff smoked in it. The unpleasant smell of smoke caused the guests to sleep all night. At noon the next day, the bartender asked us to re-book the room in the Ctrip background before we could open the door. I have never encountered this situation in more than ten years of booking rooms. After some arguments, they agreed to handle it themselves. I added another order for a room for three nights. As a result, when I checked in at the bar, he said that I had booked three rooms for one night. After some arguments, he said that you should go to the background to handle it yourself. Later, after I gave him a screenshot of the order, he said that it was a mistake in the background. Our bar didn't know that now that you showed it to me, I will check you in. We are satisfied with the hotel's hardware, but this poor service behavior still affected our holiday mood and caused physical discomfort. I hope to get a reply.

I accompanied my family to Wufeng Mountain in Anji during the Mid-Autumn Festival. The room was great, clean and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was amazing. The waiter was very good and delivered moon cakes. The local Baiguo moon cakes made in Anji were delicious. The air in the early morning is very fresh, which is a natural oxygen bar. Next time I have a chance, I plan to take my family to stay for a few more days.

Before check-in, there will be an exclusive butler to help you arrange everything. Any questions will be answered patiently, and the reply speed will be very fast! When you arrive at the hotel, someone will immediately come out to greet you for a drink and carry your luggage. It is already a super six-star service! This time we were received by Sa Sa and Yi Bo. It was really thoughtful, because we brought children and there were so many needs, but no matter what the needs were, we would respond to us as soon as possible. The homestays in the surrounding mountains have very good quality, Moganshan/Anji/Tonglu...the first to know Yu Zi Zai Zai was on Amway in Sheye Yizhai in the spring. After all, these platforms of Ctrip have some praise and are not credible, let alone Amway such as Xiaohongshu, or the operator of the homestay knows better.

The keeper’s wedding leave coincided with the typhoon ”Fireworks”. I believed in rain or shine, but I received a phone call from the hotel two days ago and the local area issued a notice to temporarily suspend business. During the period, orders were returned to us, but I watched Tuesday. I still have a try in the weather. I called the hotel and it all recovered.
📌The distance from Hangzhou to Anji:
The hotel is basically far away from the attractions of Anji, except for the ancient road about one or two kilometers away, or it is the rafting of the northern Zhejiang gorge, so please be prepared to lie in the homestay, or go to the swimming pool to play in the water, or Take a stroll in the small garden
It is recommended to drive there. It takes about two and a half hours to drive in the past 100+km in Hangzhou, and the road of about 20km seems to be around the village.

GGuest UserI drove directly from Putuo Mountain at around 7 o'clock that day and arrived at the hotel in the early morning. The hotel housekeeper put a lot of food in the room in advance (most of the hotel's services end after 10.). It was raining lightly and a little bit during the two days we stayed. Cold 🥶～It’s so delicious! Hahaha~ When I woke up the next morning and opened the curtains, it was raining outside. It was drizzling.
As hazy as fog, as ethereal as smoke, it makes people feel comfortable! In the afternoon, read a book in the book bar and enjoy an exquisite afternoon tea. It’s so comfortable to put yourself in the mountains and fields on a rainy day!
The air is sweet, the vegetation is dense, and it is clean and pure
Youth is now! I’ll come back next time when the weather is nice. There are many places outside the hotel that I haven’t visited yet. Looking forward to it!

CCuc DanielAlthough we booked in the last moment when most of the hotels were sold out, this hotel exceeded our expectation! The hotel is located in the downtown Anji with many shops and restaurants around, though on a quiet place and very easy accesible by car. It is such a good base for trips out of the city. Our family room was spacious, very nicely equipped with two bedrooms. It was very clean and all appliances worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable. We fellt there like at home Breakfast was fair, not very extensive but enough good choice for everyone. Swimming pool is located on the roof in 6th floor, that's attractive to see the whole city. It's good for swimming and it is not crowded. You just need to follow the openning ours which are not throughout the whole day, that's a bit annoying. I would welcome openning the whole day with completely free access. The hotel staff was just briliant. They had very nice comminication, servis absolutely top and they very helpful to give any advice or help to organise trips to interesting places. I'm planning to come again to Anji because there are a lot of interessting natural places and I'm planning to stay in this hotel again.

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

JJuliaFI literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room.
This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .

SScarletTheWandererWhat a wonderful spot! We were so surprised by this quiet hotel that had the most GORGEOUS views overlooking the mountains and bamboo forest. The manager of the hotel was very easy to communicate with and was super friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, a little dark but cool and the bathroom had no door (very normal in China). The balcony was just perfect and there was a nice short walk through the woods if you turn left from the lobby that loops up to the entrance of the Anji Jiangnan Tianchi Reservoir and has glorious mountain valley views. You go to their sister hotel (20 meters next door) for breakfast which was delicious and plentiful. They also serve delicious dinner - we especially loved both the eggplant and bamboo dishes and all the staff were so friendly! It’s also where the pool was – but the water was a little low when we were there as it’s mountain fed and it was a little worn. We dipped our feet in instead of going for a full swim. The road is full of zigzags to get to the top of the mountain, but it has incredible views along the way and is new and smooth. Would recommend this nice hotel with a very friendly manager.

Surrounded by mountains and rivers, the environment is very good. In the front is the rafting river where you can swim in summer, and behind you is the bamboo mountain where you can also go for a walk. There are various small green plants in the homestay. Picture 2 is the kitchen and dining room.
The room is not amazing but it is clean, well-equipped, and everything is just right.
The breakfast milk and snacks are all brought by the boss himself from Shanghai sam, so you can rest assured.
Especially the boss's coffee, the beans roasted by himself and freshly ground, are really good.
There are not many rooms, so there are not many people, it is quiet, and it is suitable for you to relax comfortably and go for a walk in the surrounding nature.
It was so pleasant to sit quietly in the yard after the child fell asleep at night.
By the way, you can also borrow the barbecue grill here to grill by yourself~
After leaving, I went to a B&B in Xiaoyin Banri Village. The price doubled, but it was not as comfortable as here. There are many people and it is completely commercialized. It is almost an IQ tax.
