Great hotel. Nice outdoor pool. Ideally you’d want to be in a car - driving distance to most local spots.

先説優點：
1.離各個景區都很遠，酒店環境很好，房費裏80%的費用應該給到酒店環境。適合4人以上專門在酒店，享受度假，自帶茶室、孩子樂園等，環境可以給5星；
2.蟲子沒網上説的多，可能是還沒到夏天的原因；
再説缺點：
1.户型問題。訂的兩間房都是2樓，同樣是隱溪户型，1樓卻能自帶獨立的天幕及院子，有户外坐的地方，差評；
2.異味問題。衞生間存在下水道異味；
3.電視投屏。由於酒店統一Wi-Fi，電視經常被其他房間投屏，詢問前台也沒有解決辦法；
4.酒店餐食。早餐可圈可點，但晚餐4個人吃了500多且端上來後預估都是預製菜。由於地理位置偏遠，外賣選擇項少。（我可以接受地理位置偏、導致餐飲消費高，但至少不能菜端上來的時候是温的，這頓晚餐在外面估計衹有100不到的價格）
5.酒店服務。上午已經打掃了衞生，下午仍有服務員沒有敲門，（至少我們都沒聽見）直接推門進來。
總體來説環境遠超預期，很舒適，但房間、服務以及餐飲等達不到同類酒店的標準。

鬆弛感撲面而來

享受寧靜與安寧 讓身心得到完全放鬆
坐擁竹林祕境 享受私湯温泉
環境一整個沒得説～
管家服務也做的很好
但是 房內設施、細節、衞生差強人意
早餐9:30左右到 全部是冷的
清明提前半個月預訂 價位在1000出了一點頭 合適 ，再貴就覺得不值了
P S：該説不説 一定不要像我 大晚上的上山，後面3公里處，九曲十八彎，無路燈 ，開着會非常辛苦

團購價格比較給力，享受了房間升級，風景開闊，早飯也不錯，晚餐點餐價格較貴，但味道還行，服務比較熱情，總體滿意。管家德民的服務很好。

酒店位置選的很不錯，離雲上草原很近，在整座山上最高的地方了，私隱性很好，整體庭院式設計，侘寂風設計，設計感很強。並且給升級了觀山房，好評！

很適合週末短途遊，基本上都在園區裏活動。開放性的小院設計，每個小院3-4個房間，總體還算滿意。三餐都在餐廳解決，早餐很好，樣式、味道都不錯，中餐和晚餐一般。

沒想到在這麼高的山上還有如此舒適的民宿酒店，一切都是恬淡舒適，門口路邊就可以直接停車，服務很好，空調也很給力，拍照分分鐘出片，然後去雲上草原也衹需下山就到遊客中心了很方便。值得再次前往。唯一有待改進的是提供的刷牙杯和其他杯具還得深層清潔一下。

去年住聽澗路過他家拿了張名片，當時他家還沒開業，今年欣然前往。酒店的設計風格我很喜歡，管家也很貼心的幫我們做了房行升級，寬敞舒適，雖然空調有點小問題但也得到了解決。但相比硬件，這家民宿的運營提升空間很大。第一，酒店的餐飲實在不行，第二天晚飯我還是去了隔壁聽澗吃的，第二，管家的服務缺乏經驗，對於套餐內的內容包括拍照、伴手禮、咖啡、spa、午餐沒有任何提醒和推薦，在客服服務時還幾次搞錯房間號，第三，酒店地勢偏僻缺乏相應的活動安排，在酒店裡基本沒什麼事情做。相比他家我更喜歡旁邊的聽澗，運營成熟很多。
