Great hotel. Nice outdoor pool. Ideally you’d want to be in a car - driving distance to most local spots.

前台辦理入住的美女温柔 酒吧小哥的主動介紹推廣
餐廳做的好吃菜餚 接送小哥的電瓶車
酷酷穩當漂移 工作人員幾次主動問好 各個都很棒
衞生提升：在自然環境和濕度較大的環境內清理
需要提升衞生特別難 但是還是希望有所改變
1.建議水壺底座與託盤的中部定期清理 不然容易發黴
2.房間四周貼腳線 吸塵器可沿着整踢牆角都清理

第二次入住了，很喜歡這裏的環境，山林竹海，鬱鬱葱葱。這次預訂了一間四居室的獨棟別墅，客廳很大，外邊還有院子和户外露台。四間房間錯落分佈，私密性很好。別墅離泳池很近，雖然泳池暫未開放，但不妨礙小朋友打水仗，別提多開心了。酒店房間不多，所以挺清凈的，晚上還有篝火，露營設施，看看電影，非常愜意。服務整體也是很不錯的，響應速度快。我們因為小朋友多，所以需求也多，微信上告訴管家，基本都能很快回復，服務員也會第一時間上門幫忙解決。我們帶了一個西瓜，服務員説廚房刀不能拿進來房間就幫我們西瓜切好送過來。小朋友玩石膏考古，客廳餐桌上都是灰，請人來收拾的一乾二淨。缺水了讓送點水，服務員拿來三瓶1.5L裝的礦泉水。之前覺得酒店餐飲比較弱，今年早餐比去年也有改進，種類更豐富了，也可以點米線、麪條、肉夾饃。總體上非常滿意的一次五一之行。提個小意見，客廳的燈光不夠亮，如果再有個電視，娛樂活動會更豐富一些。

這家民宿燈光太昏暗了，早餐超過120的小朋友收79不值得。團購來還行，2000多定沒必要。周圍沒什麼吃飯的地方，要開車去山下吃。旁邊有個瀑布咖啡，不遠。但是很難喝。

一進酒店就感受到了熱情，環境非常舒適養眼，每一處都是出片的好風景，還有小車隨時接送，衞生乾淨，設施較新。
在酒店裡走一走心情都非常好了。晚上的星空特別好看好久都沒見到這麼多星星了，管家小姐姐歡歡響應迅速，入住指引清晰，提供了本地遊玩建議。 早餐豐富、貼心迎賓，每一位都很熱情，有任何問題都第一時間解決，衞生間熱水供應穩定，日常用品更換及時。
孩子們玩兒的很開心，大人也放鬆悠閑，晚上還有帳篷篝火，適合家庭/情侶/朋友出行， 寵物友好/帶停車場

怎麼説呢有點失望，從check in開始就感受到了酒店服務人員的專業性有待改進，安排的房間從位置到樓層都不是很滿意，窗外的景色甚至都沒有想拍照的慾望。再來説説房間也不像是有50平的樣子，每天打掃衞生也很敷衍，礦泉水也不帶補充的。窗簾遮光不行，每天6點多房間就很亮了 睡不好。
