Courtyard by Marriott Anji

The decoration style and some things are too old. Although it can be seen that there are renovations, it can't hide the traces of time. The room smells quite strong. The Marriott system is not available as it has just opened. It is not very convenient for Marriott members. Many employees are still in the running-in period. The toothbrush and bedding are good to use, but the breakfast is not so good. There is a very serious problem during this stay. The delivery man can go upstairs to the room. I have never seen any hotel allow this. This time, the delivery man swore in the hotel elevator. I felt very uncomfortable. I hope the hotel can pay attention to it.

I stayed here with my baby. Thanks to the hotel for arranging a room upgrade. Maybe because the room faces south, it was very hot in the afternoon. Finally, the front desk helped to change the room. The only drawback is that the breakfast variety is a bit lame compared to other Courtyard hotels.

The 2-meter bed is quite comfortable, and the quilt is very soft. However, the room is a bit stale and has a bit of cigarette smell. During the May Day holiday, there were many people staying in the hotel, so it was crowded during breakfast time, and the elevator was inefficient.

The hotel facilities are very new. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. They also upgraded the room. Although there is no buffet dinner, there are many popular food shops nearby. I will stay at Courtyard by Marriott next time I come to Anji.

The room is very big. The floor-to-ceiling windows are very nice. There is a bathtub, which is a great plus. It is very comfortable to take a bath.

It can only be described as a mess. The room smelled fishy as soon as we entered. After giving the baby a bath at night, the baby was damp and wanted to take a shower, but the water was cold. It was cold and embarrassing. My husband called the front desk but the line was always busy. He had to put on a coat and go to the front desk to ask. The answer was to either change rooms or wait for 30 minutes. However, the child was already asleep and there was no way to do anything. He could only wait in the cold. He called the front desk but they just pushed the responsibility and did not give any answer.

Poor soundproofing. Children ran and screamed in the corridor at night and no staff stopped them. The facilities seemed to be renovated but still old.

Came to Anji on a business trip and booked a king-size room on Ctrip. It was a bit late when I arrived at the hotel. Xiao Zhu at the front desk enthusiastically helped me upgrade the room type, patiently explained the breakfast location and meal time, and also gave me a late check-out at 2 o'clock. The room rate was also reasonable, not too high. Recommended to stay

The room is neat and clean. Both the front desk and the restaurant waiters are very enthusiastic and proactive. We feel at home. I will definitely stay here again next time. I am very satisfied.
