Our stay in the winter was pleasant, the team was welcoming. There are many outdoor swimming pools, will come back in summer time. There is a cafe as well which we appreciate for afternoon coffees. The indoor game room and kids’ play room are also good to have.

We stayed in Lost Villa Anji for 2 nights. The stay was great! We travel a lot in China and I can say for sure this place is worth visiting. The stuff is polite and friendly. The hotel accept dogs which is great , our pet was happy to walk around and enjoy the nature. It was already cold so we couldn’t enjoy swimming pool. The rooms are simple but clean and have everything in it. The restaurant onlyhas Chinese food but everything was delicious, we ordered vegan food and were happy with it. The breakfast could be a bit bigger choice, though. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay and will definitely recommend it to friends.

🌟【教科書級應急處理】
入住當天下午孩子玩耍時意外受傷，當時滿手血跡嚇壞我們！管家小姐姐5分鐘內就帶着醫療箱趕到，幫助處理傷口，主動幫我們聯繫附近醫院並全程陪診直到孩子完全無恙。事後幾次關心孩子情況，這份細緻關懷讓我們倍感温暖。

早餐和正餐都非常好吃，食材新鮮，淺度烹飪保持食材的特有風味，符合大樂之野餐廳的一貫野趣的風格。

非常非常喜歡 性價比很高 民俗配套設施好 飯菜也很好吃 關鍵是我們的工作人員都熱情有素養 實打實的寵物友好 泡泉的時候也能幫忙溜一會狗 真的辛苦了 看到有寵物入住 會送寵物小禮品 很大的尿墊 濕紙巾等等 太貼心了 會想要一來再來！！謝謝我們的專屬管家文慧～

對大樂之野一直都挺信賴，綠山牆5年前住過一期，留心很好的印象，今年春節和朋友一同出行，再次選擇了綠山牆，二期比一期設施更完善，在山間錯落有致，各種娛樂設施也齊全，親子團結都很適合。這次住了青鳥這棟，對床品很滿意，床墊和枕頭都很舒服，服務也很好哦 ，管家坨坨有應必回，其他人也都很nice，每晚還會準備小甜湯哦，愉快的行程，下次還會選擇大樂之野

第一次也是最後一次來這家酒店了 。本來整體體驗和服務其實都很不錯，但是在此住了一夜之後，竟然體驗了人生第一次過敏。第一天下午在酒店睡了午覺，醒來身上有點輕微的癢，當時沒有覺得是床品問題，但是床品確實粗糙，談不上多柔軟舒適。第二天早晨醒來以後，瘙癢的症狀持續加重，到了晚上，越來越嚴重已經坐立難安，並且家屬也出現了相關症狀，和酒店的客服人員溝通後，立刻去醫院掛了急診，一查就是過敏，醫生開了葯打了針。酒店床品的衞生質量我相當質疑，客服的態度非常好，好得像機器人回覆，但是也可以説完全沒有要負責的態度，非常無語，懶得扯皮，差評送上！
