環境不錯，帶着父母孩子一起家庭出遊，房間訂的是兩室的，2樓房間，客廳，衞生間還有帶個廚房，客廳洗衣機，冰箱齊全，還提供了廚房鍋爐和餐具，就是調料需要自備。3樓房間帶衞生間，還有一個大露台，風景不錯，前面就是一條小溪流。一家人住的蠻好。

優點：
1. 室外環境還不錯，有山有水。離雲上草原開車10分鐘，還比較方便。就是來回的路大多是小路，夜間開車會比較黑。
2. 房子是坐落在山腳下的兩層樓的小洋房，是別人買的樓盤房子代管出租的，樓上樓下各有一張大床，適合我們兩大兩小的家庭，室內還比較乾淨，提供的生活用品看着都是家用品牌的，能滿足最基本的生活需求吧。
3. 負責人和管家還比較熱情與厚道。
不足的地方：
1. 按照民宿的整體情況，春節期間價格略微偏高。
2. 室內環境衹能説是乍一看還行吧，基本的傢俱都有。本來看其他有的人的介紹，以為能自己在房間裏燒點早飯或夜宵，但打開幾個櫃子後，發現不如外表看着乾淨，衹好作罷了。另外，房間裏衹配有塑料拖鞋，沒有一次性的，幸虧自己帶了，要不腳丫子受不了。衹能説村子裏沒的民宿不能有太高的要求與期待吧。
3. 最不好的經歷是：我們住了三天兩晚，我們房間裏的網絡是一直是壞的，大孩子的視頻課衹能用流量，小孩子想看的電視也沒辦法看。雖然第二天管家也試圖聯繫公司來修，但最終沒有成功。第二天下午管家想讓我們換房間，但是四個人在雲上草原滑雪大半天后的無比疲憊讓我們沒有力氣再搬來運去了。管家為了安慰我們，送了兩份早飯給我們。但沒有無線和電視的漫長的夜晚生活確實多少會有些不方便。如果民宿能提前發現，在我們來之前就妥善安排好，也免去了這來回的折騰了。

挺好的，住了兩天。上下疊別墅，小溪邊，風景很好，小孩去玩水很方便。租房模式，裏面有燒飯設備，到了管家帶過去。裝修很新，樓上空調出風設計不好，直對着床，開了風大，關了熱。其他一些設施小問題都跟管家反應了。照片是窗口拍的。

民宿環境非常好，ins風帶大露台，打掃很乾凈，觀景視野也很好。管家很貼心地在入住前把空調打開，洗漱台還配了襪子、一次性馬桶套之類的，太貼心了

住的很不錯，很乾凈很新，門口就是小溪，小朋友能玩一天～就是吃的真是一言難盡…推薦的東雲土菜館真是超級難吃，又臟又貴又難吃…然後晚飯太累了，發現竟然還能叫到外賣，就叫了燒烤什麼的隨便塞塞肚子，然後早飯是糖水鋪子，運氣不好…説什麼廚房着火了沒電了…等了半小時等來碗糊焦的粥…幾個餛飩麪條小土豆，還好小朋友給了半個手抓餅，小朋友吃飽了完事，趕緊走人回去啃麪包…第二天換了家貴點的民宿，竟然沒這家好，但所幸民宿的阿姨手藝不錯，餐具也乾淨，終於吃上了好吃的飯，撫慰了餓了兩天的胃，所以，如果自己會燒菜，自帶食材什麼的，挺適合至吾竹民宿，尤其是幾家人一起來，至吾竹民宿裏餐具廚具鍋子電飯煲冰箱洗衣機都有，還有露台可以曬衣服，小朋友特別喜歡樓上樓下，下次考慮自帶食材來住～

一開始準備自駕去，後來改變計劃，坐車去的。所以一開始擔心民宿距離雲上草原6公里的樣子，因為是山村，怕不好打車，結果很容易就能叫到滴滴。老闆全程服務很細緻，民宿很乾凈，安靜，一些小細節都很好，例如紙巾都是品牌的，而不是一味的節約成本，諸如此類。哪怕是行程有困難，都找老闆，能解決的都會給解決，以後有機會，夏天再去一次。
