However, I didn't expect that all the unpleasantness started when the child ate the fruit provided by the hotel. It may be infected with bacteria due to the fruit being cut and placed in the refrigerator. The child vomited 8 times and had a fever in the middle of the night. The sheets in the room still had a serious smell of smoke, and the sheets were changed. The floor was not cleaned properly. There was still shampoo packaging garbage from the previous guest in the shower room. The aunt was asked to change the sheets. I witnessed half of the quilt core being placed on the floor. All these problems were also informed to the hotel waiter when I checked out. The manager called me on the way to the airport as soon as possible. His attitude was very sincere, he took responsibility, and he also promised to compensate privately. At that time, I was very satisfied with the manager's attitude, and I wanted to leave well and leave decent. I wanted to write some comments to the hotel in the middle of the night after returning to Shenzhen. As a result, I took a look and found that there was a gap between the parent-child room I booked and the official picture. At that time, there was I was a little angry and left a message to the manager immediately. The next day, the manager explained to me early in the morning that this room type is 50 to 70 square meters. After seeing this, I understood, and thought, forget it, let it be, it’s all in the past, let’s just do as we agreed on the phone, the compensation as before. As a result, the manager’s attitude changed 180 degrees that day. He preconceived that I wanted to go back on my word and the compensation was not enough, and then told me that they would not compensate me as we had agreed on the phone before, and then they actually asked me why they didn’t mention it when they gave you the room but now. I would like to ask, the child started vomiting on the day of check-in. As a mother, I have been taking care of the child these two days. Do I still have the spare time and energy to ask the hotel to change rooms or discuss these details with the hotel? Moreover, when the manager explained that each room type is a different size, did I say more than one word of dissatisfaction? The manager continued to imply me by not paying after eating at the restaurant, and he wanted to clarify the hygiene and food issues I mentioned before. I felt confused for a moment. I didn't want to argue with him anymore, so I deleted the manager and asked Ctrip to solve it. Could it be that we stayed in a room with such a strong smell of smoke for two days and our children got sick and suffered, but you didn't compensate us together? ? So I hope everyone will seriously consider rejecting this hotel after reading this review of mine. First, this hotel can only be said to be above B&B, not hotel! Second, the position of the manager should be to maintain customers, not to escalate conflicts, right? Third, the hotel refused to compensate me after Ctrip communicated with me many times, and finally it was the Ctrip manager who refunded the compensation to me through the Ctrip platform. Moreover, I immediately withdrew the complaint against the hotel on the 12345 platform. My attitude has always been that if the agreed solution is achieved, we will get along well. I would like to ask, what gives you the confidence to treat guests like this? I will be honest. This review is written clearly and I am very disappointed with the manager's final attitude. A hotel with such an elegant environment may not be able to grow bigger and stronger because of hygiene and service issues. I really hope the hotel can learn from its lessons and do a good job in hygiene and service!

The hygiene is worrying, and the quilt is full of odor. I woke up the next day with red and itchy all over my body. I hope the relevant departments will check the hygiene standards and permits. For this price, it is really a very bad hotel experience.

It is not worth the minimum room rate of around 1,000 (peak season). The restaurant is closed at other times and you can only eat outside. If the breakfast is well prepared, this is a highly recommended hotel.
