Very good service. We were welcomed with open arms and professionalism.
Rooms are clean, and the food is of high quality.
Fun hotel to stay at for parents with children. Lots of activities and leisure.
It was a real adventure and it couldn't have been possible if it wasn't for the friendly staff.

My friend recommended me to try the 1168 Star Astronomy Hotel once I visit Anji. And This time I went to this hotel with my family. The hotel is in the skyland on the top of the mountain, it takes the cable car about 3.66 km to be there (the longest cable car in Zhejiang) but long the way was so impressive me the bamboo mountain in Anji is so beautiful. We got there and only could play a bit because of the weather so many play stations were closed but our feeling was full filled by the room of the hotel. It is so elegant design and very clean. My son even said “mom can we have a house like this” we stayed in family room type with 4 adults one kid. The hotel provide a good material in the room. The hotel arrangement is so perfect we had one person to always be our assistant via wechat along the time we stay. And I got a perfect assistant he is 张灯战 I will definitely visit again in Winter.

服務：給管家Elmo和他的同事們點贊👍細心體貼周到，幫忙拎行李，調配接駁車輛和擺渡車，會主動詢問口味喜好，幫忙協調餐廳。提前一天主動聯繫，並提醒注意事項。
設施：一應俱全，一次性洗漱用品，泡澡精油球，大小衞浴產品都有，馬鞭草的味道特別清新。咖啡機配的現磨咖啡豆產品，現泡茶葉，另有2小一大三瓶百歲山礦泉水，滿足各類需求。戴森吹風機，護理包還有小皮筋。電動窗簾，地暖和空調，另娛樂場所在五號樓有專門的收費俱樂部。
衞生：乾淨，床品舒適，房間很乾爽，空間合理，非常有特色。意外不潮。山上會有蚊蟲，房間有電蚊液。
環境：在景區裏面，賓客中心非遊客中心辦理入住後，5點前索道上山入住。超時無法到達。森林氧吧，安靜風景優美，夏天滑草，冬天泡湯滑雪⛷。比住外面提前一個小時遊玩不排隊。房間幫忙升級帶星空頂，意外收穫了夜晚的星空。
建議：房間配備一個可移動或貼膜的全身鏡。對視力不好的人比較友好。

酒店落座於雲上草原景區，作為入住客人享受管家服務。我們的管家Rose全程為我們貼心地服務，安排停車點、VIP纜車短駁車接送、房間內缺補及時送達、對於遊玩有什麼問題都隨時可以諮詢。此次房間安排是野奢風標間，房間很大很舒適，我住過特色星空房，但是感覺還是野奢的更適合入住，空間佈局更合理。房間有空調和地暖，山頂晚上很冷，但是房間非常温暖舒適對於小朋友非常友好，可以光腳來回跑！此次連住兩晚，悠哉地玩遍整個雲上草原，時間不緊不慢，可以錯峯玩熱門項目，省去排隊時間。

六一親子出遊，選擇了種草很久的雲上草原。官方星空天文酒店真的太靠譜了，辦理入住很順利，全程接駁車+纜車上山。酒店房間設施全部天文主題，乾淨有特色，孩子特別喜歡，大露台太讚了。熱帶雨林餐廳的早餐也很給力，花樣足夠多，超適合親子，下午茶精緻又美味。管家Kevin超級細心，每個環節都提前給出建議，讓我們整個出行方便很多。總之太滿意了，娃也很開心，説等身高長滿120還要再來。😋😋😋

都挺好的，一直關注天氣，直到出行前一天才訂酒店，怕下雨又不能退，去的那天多雲，晚上吃好飯才下雨，第二天還好晴了。房間孩子們住進去都好興奮，他們開心就好，弟弟進房間開心地到處跑，半小時就重重地摔了好幾次，哥哥去了就爬到小閣樓上面去了，他説他喜歡這個像山洞又像樹屋的裝修，另外兩個表妹也很開心，感覺挺適合幼兒園到小學階段的孩子，孩子多，大人少，我們就在酒店前面隨便玩了幾個項目，其實沒有項目，三個孩子能聚在一起也能玩得很開心，我跟嫂子去那裡等於透透氣，老公累得不行，浙江的綠化我很喜歡，一路的綠色就已經很治癒了。所有的問題都是管家Taco幫我解決，感謝，那裡的工作人員也很熱心，早起下去的時候，孩子們跟保潔爺爺互相熱情打招呼，爺爺還告訴他們怎麼去餐廳，餐廳不大，但孩子們也喜歡，我們選的是靠窗的在恐龍蛋造型的屋子裡就餐，三個小學生可開心了。零零碎碎的很多開心小細節，調整好心態，回來繼續加油。
