The staff was awesome! They even gave us a gift when we checked out. They were very accomodating and friendly. The rooms and amenities are great. The only problem is their breakfast. They only had boiled eggs, congee , dumplings and boiled stuff. No coffee. They only have 6-7 items and runs out quickly like you have almost nothing to eat if you come past 8am. Its not worth it to include breakfast in the package or booking. But the food in their restaurants are really good. Good restaurant food in this hotel.

酒店建在景區裏，周邊景色特別美，早上看日出，上午到採摘園裡摘新鮮的蔬菜酒店直接加工，下午爬山吹吹風喝喝茶，晚上躺在草叢裡看星星。這就是嚮往的生活。
酒店服務特別好，餐廳味道好。PS：吃了四餐正餐
酒店離浙江省自然博物館（安吉館）僅10分鐘車程。特別適合親子旅行，下次我們再來

蕾蕾接待我們一家，定的別墅，酒店田園風，電視機可以投屏，泡澡區很乾凈，送的花生也好吃，附近的古墓遊，很推薦，裏面特別大，有專車接送，還能露營，燒烤，別樣的風情，博物館還沒弄好，期待二期

酒店不大，周圍都是田園風光，特別安靜，日常有親子採摘等活動，適合親子出行和團建。設施很新，喜歡二樓的書吧。最最喜歡的是餐廳，價廉物美，份量足，容易吃撐……服務也棒，親子採摘回來的蔬菜還主動幫忙烹飪。總之，超出預期！

loft新體驗，酒店高檔上檔次，服務特別到位，經理蕾蕾特別熱情❤️，不僅送了我們一些小禮物，還特意送了我們二個大西瓜。酒店是全新的，設施齊全，週末環境很幽靜，可以享受到大自然的感覺。酒店的菜品非常贊，本地雞、現摘蔬菜，味道還特別的棒👍

小朋友放暑假了，酒店距離安吉高鐵站特別近，打車20分鐘，24塊錢，經理蕾蕾提前打電話確認，並且幫忙把房間空調都提前打開，還送了小朋友小童洗漱用品和拖鞋。入住的複式訪綠郡，真的特別棒！很安靜，設施齊全，樓上樓下兩個衞生間，洗浴在樓上。早飯可以送到房間，找經理蕾蕾幫忙預訂。服務真的特別周到，無可挑剔！比之前住過的五星級酒店還要棒！酒店還會贈送附近古城國家考古遺址門票，經理蕾蕾幫忙預訂酒店接駁車觀光。下次再來安吉還會入住！

這家酒店給了我們意外驚喜。本來是自駕路上找一家過夜的酒店，沒想到環境太美了，在安吉遺址公園裡，夜裡我們甚至捨不得關上窗户，聽着滿園的鳥鳴入睡的。酒店內部衞生很好，房間很舒適。服務人員熱情待客，讓我們一家有賓至如歸的感覺。很遺憾我們的行程是事先計劃好的，否則我們真的會在這家酒店多住幾天。五歲的女兒一直説，還去還去。

圖一是在房間裏拍的房間外。剩下的圖都是酒店外面。
設施：房間內設施還行，有冰箱很方便。但是忘記拔房卡就會斷電，所以裏面放的東西都壞了😂房間隔音有點一般。
衞生：還可以的，房間的地上稍微有點斑啥的，小細節有待提高。
環境：生態環境蠻好的。酒店人工環境看起來很多，但是感覺後期維護成本太高了，所以看上去不太好玩，有點亂。
服務：工作人員還是很好的。臨走的時候還送了酒店自己做的花生🥰作為一個度假酒店，感覺早飯不是很豐盛，而且九點多吃有的東西都冷了。
