I chose this hotel after watching **'s video, but I didn't expect that the hotel's accommodation experience would disappoint me. My first impression when I arrived at the hotel entrance in the afternoon was not very good. There are not enough parking spaces. Parking on the outside site feels like being in a construction site. The decoration in the lobby is a bit old and lacks maintenance. The front desk staff has a cold attitude and lacks the enthusiasm for our arrival. We booked a total of three rooms with friends and confirmed that we could check in after 2pm. One room was delayed until after 3pm, which directly disrupted the rest of our itinerary. The room is generally OK, but there are many problems. The furnishings in the room are crude, the furniture looks badly worn, and the mattress and bed do not match, causing the corners at the end of the bed to protrude and be easily bumped, which is very unfriendly to children. There is no door between the bathroom and the room, which seriously affects the air quality in the bedroom after using the toilet. The central air conditioner in the room was insufficient and the panel kept showing 26.5 degrees. The hotel's solution was to wait for half an hour to cool down naturally. There is no effective remedy. I just want to emphasize that the room is a luxury suite. The air conditioning in this room has never had any problems, but can I not know the body temperature myself? The breakfast options were very limited and the quality and taste of the food was unsatisfactory. The restaurant is also their own home-cooked restaurant! The table where they ate last night has not been cleared yet! ! The environment is also noisy and the service staff is slow to clear the tables. The tree stream next to the hotel was one of the main reasons why we chose this hotel. But the scene was very disappointing. The rocks and plants beside the stream were all covered with snails*, and there were a large number of snails in the water. I don’t even dare to let children go into the water! ! ! The hotel management asks you to do some Baidu research on the harmful effects of apple snails on the human body. After checking out, I found something missing. I asked the manager on WeChat to clean the room if he had seen it, but he didn't reply. Generally speaking, my stay at [Manqin Resort Hotel] was far from what I expected, and it was also seriously inconsistent with the price paid. I hope the hotel management can pay attention to these issues and make comprehensive improvements and upgrades to match the price of hotel rooms and promotion.

The environment is very nice and quiet, in line with what I expected from a B&B. The bedding is also very clean and new. The boss is very enthusiastic and thoughtful. I was in a hurry and only stayed for one night. Some parts were still being renovated, so I couldn't experience everything. , in the future it should be more in line with the preferences of young people

The hotel is in a village, which is suitable for group building with a large number of people. The hotel facilities are average, the toilet seat is still broken and has not been repaired. The shower temperature was very low and I didn't dare to take a shower for fear of freezing and catching a cold. All in all, the bathroom needs improvement.
