The hotel is right next to the ski station! Prices of food is pretty good and the hotel is pretty clean.

雖然400多塊錢的酒店不算貴，它是我所有住過的四五百塊酒店中最差的，無論哪方面。
設施：破舊的屋內設施還算能忍受畢竟在山上，但永遠不製冷的空調，晚上房間的温度衹有幾度，沒勇氣上廁所，冷的無法入睡，想加個被子，衹有骯臟的薄毛毯，以及打不通的前台電話。
衞生：房間衞生勉強跟經濟賓館差不多
環境：訂的豪華雙床房位於一樓，窗户外是停車場，半夜還詭異的飄來煙味，嚇死了。
服務：原本訂的是300多的露台山景民宿，想着酒店的管理服務會更完善退訂了民宿，踩了大坑！簡直是太差。
1、打了三次電話沒打通，想解決任何問題沒人，自生自滅。
2、入住前台告知我們早餐結束時間是10:30，結果我們9:20到，已經收餐了，問餐廳人員被告知9點結束，還對我們叫嚷讓我們去投訴前台。
3、9點就結束的早餐，餐廳人員不顧還有許多人用餐，躲在一旁大聲閑聊，不管客人。許多客人滿大廳的的自助找碗筷。
4、餐廳還有許多人用餐，服務人員躲一旁大聲閑聊（比客人吵多了）餐盤就堆在路中央，客人自己忙亂找東西，東西食物亂糟糟的擺放，不僅沒服務還臟亂差！
這是我第一次打一星，要是有零星我肯定打0分。作為攜程黑鑽用户衹要跟攜程説絕對能獲得補償。但我沒打，因為我知道一旦打了酒店肯定會補償息事寧人，用補償換我的好評，我不想讓其他人再踩坑，所以我不找攜程，就把這個評價發出來讓所有人看看，希望酒店能整改，不要再坑客人了。

位置絕佳，硬件設施上好，對得起三星標準。床及被褥乾淨利落，房間有點小，衞生間很大。加分項目。本人白天不慎扭傷了右腳，入住房間後經過詢問，服務員拿來了雲南白葯噴霧劑，對症下葯。症狀緩解，第二天可以輕鬆開車了。酒店停車場還配有7kw充電樁，補電方便。餐廳的菜品價格公道，味道不錯，給廚師點贊。景區水庫風景不錯，秋季的遊客不多，遊覽很愜意。門票可以在酒店前台購買，可多次進入，60元每張。

周圍環境不錯，可以看日落。但裝修太老了，服務員態度也一般般，餐廳也還可以，價格略貴，味道還行，簡單的吃飯可以在中餐廳解決。早餐很一般，有包子小餛飩，衹能説是吃飽，但價格擺在那裡也算可以。房間內的藤椅都塌了，空調也不好用，和附近的民宿格調差距比較大，但總體來説還算衞生，要求不高，可以住住。

幫父母定的，我開車接他們下山回家的時候要收我10元停車費，送上山的時候沒收。問題房間是我定的，父母也沒開車，收費員最後可能覺得實在沒理沒收，但感覺管理十分混亂，態度也很差。
酒店設施老舊衞生一般，但是涼快，環境好，價格便宜，避暑住了一週還不如周邊好一點民宿一晚的價格，還要什麼自行車呢？

衞生差、房間裏有蟑螂，地毯上居然全是灰，光腳踩襪底黑乎乎。餐廳里居然有不少人抽煙，可見管理人員的忽視。唯一優點：環境優美

本次體驗非常差，和德清的森泊相差太大了！
🍃環境：天池這個景點確實不錯，雪景很美，空氣也不錯，人間仙境來評價不為過。
🔔服務：毫無服務可言，前台説話生硬也就算了，晚上9點多竟然沒人了，通過一個門隔空喊話問客户需求，想多要瓶水沒有，那我們買唄，結果讓我們回房間打另外一個電話讓他們送，這完全是自助式酒店嘛！
🧹衞生：地毯臟的不要不要的，床頭櫃上一片片污漬，空調和拖拉機一樣響。不過熱是挺熱的。洗澡衹有個洗髮水，沐浴露都沒有，淋蓬頭連着那個底座一起拿下來的，水温可以，水也很大。床靠板我不敢靠，好臟
🚗 交通：自駕到停車場，門口的人亂收費，我們兩輛車，一輛收了20，一輛沒收，也不知道他們到底有沒有標準…除了滑雪和温泉，山上沒有任何娛樂活動。以後再也不會去了，一分價錢一分貨！這麼好的環境不好好運營的話早晚淘汰，連帶着湯泉一塊！除了滑雪這個噱頭，住宿的人根本不會選擇，還不如邊上的民宿呢。後悔沒住名宿，就為了少走幾百米路，這次的體驗感非常差！

衞生條件實在不行，換了兩個房間都有蜘蛛網，空調壞了，凍的不敢起床洗臉，第一次穿着高領毛衣睡覺，將就了一個晚上

In the spring, cherry and azalea blossom over the hill , during the summer time ,here is the best resort to avoid the heat .
