首先這是一家“寵物友好”酒店，我們定了3個房間,2間有寵物.
1.我們去的時候寫了300一間房，每次入住¥300 （並沒寫每衹狗，還是每個房間） 我們2個房間有狗的付款了600
2.酒店安靜時間為22:00 ，晚上19點我們出去吃飯留下了寵物，寵物在酒店叫了，酒店在我們出去的情況下，要求我們把回來寵物帶走
3.我們一個房間的價格是800，那麼人均就是400/ 人，一個寵物的價格300/ 狗，錢收了但是並沒有相應的待遇和服務
4.最後生氣的點是那個男前台從我們戴狗一衹提醒我們不要幹擾別人， 有別的小孩，怕別人投訴，那盡然你收了狗的錢不怕我們投訴？
最後，我們想投訴的時候這個老闆直接把後台“寵物友好”改掉了，還好我之前就截圖了，投訴這個所謂的寵物友好到底， 既要又要， 把錢都掙了就是投訴

商家算不上寵物友好。帶寵物的朋友們請認真考慮。
1.先説收費：寵物收費300，且是服務費而非清潔費，那我能理解為相當於帶小孩另收的人頭費。
2.傍晚7點狗在房間叫，被投訴，民宿的處理方法是讓我們把狗狗帶出去。按照民宿在本平台標註的條例，安靜時間22:00-5:00。處理方式為什麼是讓我們帶狗狗出門呢？
3.民宿老闆又當又立，既要有要。一邊接待帶寵物的客人，一邊跟其他客人説寵物來店帶來的各種不便。我們沒有對費用提出任何異議，但非要到處主動表達他的收費是合理的。
4.民宿對待自己的狗狗行為不當，清楚看到他們是用腳狠踹自家狗狗，僅供參考
ps不知道老闆是不是理虧，現在馬上把政策改成不可攜帶寵物了，呵呵，也挺好的，帶狗狗貓貓的朋友們可以直接避雷了
另外
設施：我們空調開到16度，也是不怎麼涼快的。電視是看不了的。

房間乾淨整潔，還可以找老闆代訂漂流票，娛樂和吃飯都可以在民宿解決，據説晚上還會有螢火蟲，但我們天氣原因沒有看到，還會考慮再去，建議多一點人一起去，有棋牌室，有泳池，人多很好玩

這幾天來住吃的最舒服的一家民宿了，老闆和老闆娘熱情周到，竹宿的環境耳目一新，房間的裝修非常有設計感，床品也很舒服，老闆娘的廚藝也是特別棒，下次再去還想住😊😊😊非常值得推薦！！！

時隔2年再次前往入住，舒適感更棒了。多了個小泳池，水很乾凈，小孩子玩的特別開心，大人住的也很舒心。老闆一家人都很熱心，臨走還送了手工小禮品，打心底覺得好。
