We came for a one day escape from Shanghai, the hotel gave amazing service. Especially the stuff Han Hui, as I don't speak Chinese, she assisted me all the way round since I was in the train. She also attended some special request from me as well. Guieded in every possible way . She is a charming superstar ⭐ . Also the buffet was great . Overall I am very satisfied.

這家安吉竹博園酒店是我第二次入住，客房環境舒適，寬敞，設施齊全，房間裏還有陽台很舒服。陽台外面風景很美。空氣質量好。前台服務態度也非常好👍如果早餐在豐富一點，種類多點。相信入住率會更高👍

房間十分舒適和乾淨，比我來點之前想象中的好很多，每天睡的特別香，地點也算是方便。我所遇到的所有酒店員工態度非常好，車停在大門口馬上有員工來幫助拿行李和指導停車的地方。在這裏度過了一個愉快的假期，下次還會選擇入住！

入住效率高，房間很舒適，前台給升了房，加了一床被子和一套洗漱用品，客房送的很快。早餐很豐盛，還有小童餐盤提供很適合親子入住。前台小一人很好服務熱情，看到有小朋友主動送了熊貓玩偶。下次還會再來！

酒店有蠻多看起來像實習生的工作人員，態度很好很努力，但是業務能力一般，比如有小朋友沒有問然後需要我自己問説要拖鞋和洗漱工具（另外一位年長的工作人員有主動給客人説）。住店人太多但是服務跟不上，早餐人多到爆炸，現場有點混亂，門口沒有管理排隊啥的，沒有流量控制，工作人員很努力的給大家帶位，但是我真的很久很久沒有碰過這樣的場景了。自助餐種類一般般，雖然的確也不貴，晚上跟早餐同樣的餐廳人都沒有。淘氣堡非常小，而且門口的女售票人員非常不客氣板着一張臉，多説一句話欠她錢一樣。房間的廁所和洗浴設施毫無遮擋，就在床旁邊沒有隔斷，使用設施時對睡着的人影響有點大。優點是酒店在竹博園門口，周邊環境不錯，可以去旁邊有家咖啡館坐坐。我感覺如果不是五一，價格也便宜了很多的話，應該體驗會好很多

酒店在竹博園對面，去縣城和景點都不遠。一樓有小型電玩廳，增加了趣味性。早餐種類一般，節假日用餐人多，接待能力一般，取餐有人插隊，還有用手拿麪包再放回原處的現象，無人管理，希望後期改進。
