This time the hotel upgraded the room for free and stayed in a family courtyard suite, which was very convenient and comfortable for a family of four. After checking in, there is a one-to-one service from the hotel butler, especially the butlers Zhou Anqi and Zheng Chunmei. If you have any questions, you can contact and solve them as soon as possible. When I was about to leave the hotel, I found that my headphones were missing. After contacting the butler, I immediately got a response and helped to find them. Although I found them later, I still thank the hotel for its thoughtful service. The resort has complete facilities, the swimming pool water is very clean, and the restaurant dishes are also very rich. It is worth recommending!

Stayed in the hotel from October 2nd to 5th, 2024. The hotel service is very good. During the few days of stay, I felt that all the staff were very enthusiastic and patient. The staff members Chen Zuntian and Zhou Anqi introduced the check-in information in detail, helped with the luggage, and followed up on the various services after check-in. The response was very quick. In addition, it is necessary to mention the beautiful environment of the hotel. The forest coverage rate and fresh air of the hotel are especially suitable for running and walking.

Facilities: old and dilapidated, I don't know how many times I tripped over the gaps. The floor was broken and the gaps of the sofa were full of garbage. The refrigerator was still broken, and there was no place to store the yogurt I brought. The pillow core was full of yellow things. Hygiene: The floor was super dirty, and the disposable slippers turned black after wearing them for ten minutes. Environment: OK, the green plants and osmanthus were very good. Service: The service was OK except for the shuttle bus. For the rest, let me first talk about the leaking bathtub. A disposable bath bag costs 15 yuan for a bath. The room cost nearly 900 yuan a night, and I stayed for 4 nights, but I was given a small toothpaste. I was too lazy to ask the hotel for it. Secondly, the hotel did not have a shower cap or a razor. How dare you raise the price of such a hotel on November 11? Who gave you the courage? You should raise the price of service equipment and facilities, and you can't just raise the price without keeping up with the supporting facilities.

So lucky, this time I got a free upgrade! The whole hotel is very large, it is indeed a resort, consisting of a series of exquisite and independent low-rise courtyards. The building we are in has three floors, and our room is on the second floor. Looking at the fire map, in addition to the two rooms we live in, there are three suites. The first moment I entered the room, my family said they were very satisfied. It was a big room, a big sofa, a big bathroom, and a big terrace surrounded by vegetation. It was awesome! And the furniture is all bamboo products, and the workmanship is very good, reflecting the characteristics of Anji bamboo culture. The housekeeper Pan Jiaqin is very powerful and meticulous. He answered all questions. During the period, my family left a thermos cup in the hot spring room. After communicating with the housekeeper to find it, someone was sent to deliver it soon. My family was very moved. We stayed for one night, and everyone was reluctant to leave. Finally, we discussed with the housekeeper whether we could delay check-out. The housekeeper was very enthusiastic to help coordinate and communicate, and strived to delay it for two hours. It was so happy. Because the weather was very hot, there were many attractions that I didn't have the energy to walk over. However, the elderly wanted hot springs, and the children liked the swimming pool and archery. They all had a lot of fun. In short, it is highly recommended! I will come again next time if I have the chance!
