It’s a nice place to come to as a couple or with kids. Driving distance to some hiking cites. Lack of European food is the only disadvantage for foreigners.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is gorgeous, the location to the Hello Kitty Park cannot be beat and the breakfast was delectable. My biggest praise goes to the staff! They are the most professional and welcoming people that we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Every single member of the staff from housekeeping to the concierges are incredible. It was truly a remarkable 3 day experience. 🌹🌹

I was a little nervous before going there because there were so many bad reviews. After staying there, I was very surprised! This hotel is definitely very thoughtful! Of course, the room does feel a bit dilapidated, but the overall decoration can make up for the lack of hygiene, and it is also completely acceptable! Thank you for the hotel's great decoration!

The hotel is very beautiful and looks like a castle. The front desk lady Hong Lihua helped upgrade the view room with a view of Kitty Park and gave me a Kitty badge. The hotel has a children's park, swimming pool, and cinema, which enriched the evening time. Because of the rain, Kitty Park cancelled the parade and other performances, and many amusement facilities were not open. It was a bit disappointing. Some indoor interactive activities should be added to make up for the regret caused by the weather.
