We stayed here for 3 nights / 4 days after reading very positive reviews.
We were upgraded to Building 2 which is the nicer building. Building 1 is across the road.
We had the room next to the reception building. Was a nice room with bathtub but the water was warm.
We changed into a bigger room in Building 2 and was amazing.
The ayi brings your breakfast to your room each morning. Noodles (was delicious), eggs, dough sticks, veggie pancakes, fruits. It differs each morning.
Clean bed with nice duvet and pillows.
Kettle in the room.
We were the only ones staying there so no ambience or people around.
There is no floor heating either but the aircon works with heating.
You can’t eat here. Only breakfast but there is a great restaurant called Old Dad and is very good about 200m.
Overall, it’s a good place to relax.
We bought our 2 dogs with us and no problems - there are small home trails as well nearby.
We enjoyed our stay here and recommend it.

The boss is very enthusiastic. Drinking the coffee and tea made by the boss himself, sitting in the courtyard is so comfortable! It is also very artistic to take pictures! The room of the B&B is also very clean and spacious, and it is very comfortable to live in! Our cat also feels safe walking in the yard. I will stay here again next time I have the chance!

This is a very suitable homestay for family trips. It is very cozy. The Dad's Kitchen at the intersection tastes great. We had our meals there for the two nights we stayed. The only bad thing is that several uncles in the next room smoked and played cards in the lobby until late at night, and the housekeeper did not deal with this problem.

The room was nice and the floor heating was quite comfortable. It was just that there might not be enough staff during the Spring Festival holiday and there were too many of us traveling. The service was average. Although the needs were met, the service was slow. The water in the room was not changed after drinking, which was very annoying. The breakfast was too small and I ate the instant noodles I brought. It might be because there were three of us but I only exchanged two.
