First of all, the service is great. Every staff member is very kind, thinks about what you think, and considers every aspect for you.
The hotel environment is really beautiful. It rained a little and it was like a fairyland!

中秋假期定的3天2夜，15號下午4點過來入住就被景色和環境驚艷了。房間設備一流，挑高很高，院子有遮陽傘和竹椅，孩子被樓梯吸引住了，上上下下就能放電。
設施：床頭兩邊！是兩邊插座都有2個usb接口，整整4個，直接少了自己帶插頭充電的煩惱。洗浴用品是菲拉格慕的，打掃阿姨也不吝嗇，次日補給布草的時候哪怕你前一天沒用完也會再補你一份新的，非常大氣風範！各種硬件都無可挑剔，非要雞蛋裡挑骨頭的話，相比住的其他豪華酒店，這裏衞生間沒體重秤，卧室沒藍牙音響，但有一説一，loft房間隔音不好，隔壁房間孩子正常説話我也能聽到，還是免了音響這回事吧😄
環境：有吊橋，吊牀，石橋，溪水，鞦韆，魚塘，4個天鵝，1個松鼠，竹筏，户外泳池，N多打卡點，還要什麼動物園，要什麼網紅店，這裏就能待一天！真的不想出去，孩子能玩1天
服務：就更不用説了，提前加微信，瞭解需求，雖然沒寶寶浴袍但多給我們送了毛巾和孩子牙刷，酒店的觀光車完全就是有求必應。服務員莎莎，玲玲，還有幾個小帥哥，經理，甚至保安小哥哥都和我們孩子玩的耐心開心，我兒子睡前看不到莎莎都哭，隔天睡醒眼睛睜開就要找莎莎姐姐😂這必須讓我下次再住這裏了，聽説健身房也在安排了！下次住其他房型體驗一下，網紅玻璃泳池大理比較費事不能開放比較可惜，希望以後有機會試試。

很滿意！和朋友一起帶着他的小外孫，戲水池了玩得不亦樂乎。房間也是比較新的，説是五一剛剛開業，二期還在建設中，後面有一個濕地公園，雖然不大，但也可以走走，很安靜的地方，後面也有山，團隊運營得還不錯，定時碰水霧氣瀰漫開來，很有仙氣飄飄的感覺。

服務環境都很好，房間設施細節還要再加強，比如沒有體重秤，浴室如果多一點掛衣服的掛鈎就好了。
早餐種類算不上特別豐富，不過工作人員的服務意識很強。
户外游泳池挺失望的，就是一個景觀小池子。

從辦理入住開始，就被小嚴美女安排得明明白白，非常周到耐心和真誠的服務，讓我們覺得很舒適~
酒店很新，房間的挑高讓空間看起來很寬敞，還帶一個院子，很適合拍照片，房間裏的洗護用品，全部都是菲拉格慕的，太棒了。房間前面就是一整片濕地公園，不用出門，就能被美景治癒，整個身心都很放鬆（¬◡¬）✧下午去外面玩了會，回到酒店還有工作人員準備的水果，太貼心了~酒店的早餐也超級豐盛，男朋友這個吃貨覺得很好吃。
