酒店總體還可以，空間很大，智能馬桶和自動窗簾是亮點，自助早餐很豐盛，中西式都有。目前，周邊道路正在翻新，白天的話，噪音會有點大，但晚上不施工，不影響休息。衞生清潔方面，細節還要注意。

住宿非常滿意，停車方便並免費，早餐也挺不錯，品種夠吃，房間內部夠大，床是2米和1.35的，滿足一家四口，窗外可以看見山，樓層高！極力推薦！

房間很新，非常好，前台還特意給我們帶小孩的升級了房間，房間很大，還是新裝修的，早餐也出人意料的好，還贈送了我們家大寶一張餐券，很好的入住體驗

酒店大堂小姐姐服務特別好，有禮貌，有問必答。酒店環境乾淨，房間裝修好看，很新，還有貼心小水果贈送。早飯品種多又衞生好吃，去安吉住這家店是首選！還會再來住的

整體還可以，房間很大，但是空調出風口正對着床，實在是不理解。而且空調不穩定，啟動的時候非常冷，不啟動的時候完全沒風。睡到半夜已經感冒了，打電話好幾個給前台都沒人接，衹能把床墊拖出來睡。
早餐很一般。

酒店非常差，走進大堂就有種被騙的感覺，600多住這種酒店真的體驗感太差了，寫着是2022年開業，其實就是開業了很多年，去年把房間重新裝修了一下，那能不能寫裝修，不要誤導消費者，電梯破的要命，重點是，我們掉了一套孩子的睡衣在房間，打電話回去酒店竟然説沒有，我真的第一次碰到服務環境都這麼差的酒店，還收費六百多，簡直就是打搶

首先酒店名字非常大氣，其次辦理入住是在25樓，房間樓層19-25，類似於便捷酒店一樣。酒店與酒店名字完全不符，最差的體驗是早餐，估計是外包的，服務員態度不好不説，早餐供應真的，早餐時間是7-9點，我們八點半去已經沒什麼了、要個荷包蛋説機器關了，不煎了。導致很多客户很無語，要個水煮蛋也沒有，説今天吃的人多，服務員明明在廚房裡，外面客户叫了很多聲，餐盤沒了，都沒人搭理。打了一碗粥給寶寶吃，還有頭髮，衞生也讓人擔憂🫣

下次一定不會再住！
這是唯一一家我等不及離店就要差評的酒店！！！
整個酒店金玉其外敗絮其中，看似分數挺高，實則一羣草包！
1. 一樓大廳居然有Dog Shi！你能信不？
2. 樓道垃圾亂堆！
3. 電梯開關門跟鬼叫一樣的，地面全是臟污！
4. 前台三個接待處居然衹開放一個，一排人等着！
5. 前台即沒有服務意識，又沒有專業素養！沒有酒店標準服務用語就算了！開個房卡還能開失敗！接待處在25樓，要讓客人自己跑！好像理所當然，一句道歉也沒有！
6. 洗漱用品前台自己領，輪到我們沒有洗髮水就給2個沐浴露，關鍵還不主動提醒！問了説進了房間打電話讓客房服務送。進了房間打電話讓送，居然説讓客人自己去前台領取，我問為什麼客房服務不能送？前台回答：沒有為什麼！然後就掛電話了！
7. 梯控酒店衹給一張房卡！考大家一個問題，假設你老婆在洗澡，突然發現前台給的是兩個沐浴露，沒有洗髮水。前台説客房服務不給送，必須自己上前台領取。請問你該怎麼辦？
8. 早餐桌子嚴重不足！吃個早餐需要等位！門口客人在跟服務員吵架！你能信這是大酒店的自助早餐麼？看圖説話，全是手插兜站人旁邊看人家吃飯的客人！
真的忍無可忍！安吉的景點我幾乎都玩過了，酒店也住了很多家，無一例外服務都非常好，有些離店甚至還有伴手禮。
然而這是一家真的完全沒有服務意識，不在乎客人感受的酒店。
真的讓我非常非常驚訝！安吉居然還有這樣的酒店存在！

節假日漲價可以理解，但是服務和環境都存在不足，性價比太低了。當天我和朋友一共開了兩間房，朋友那間直接回復找不到訂單，一開始還沒有房間了，然後説電子證件不可以使用，夜裡十一點多了，説要去派出所辦證明。我那間順利辦理手續入住了，打開房門人傻了，房門正對着床，衞生間裏有塑料袋，準備用電話裏打電話發現有碎屑，也打不通前台。後來換了房間發現水龍頭的水都有一股黴味，這個酒店空有高樓大廈外表，品質根本不高
