After navigating to the North Lane parking lot, the journey was smooth. Because the ski tickets were for 2 adults, I had to pay for the ticket with a child (it is recommended to pay for 2 adults and 1 child next time, including breakfast).
After scanning the face for the ticket, it was smooth all the way. The hotel car was sent to the cableway, the VIP channel entered the cableway cable car, and the battery car was sent to the hotel after getting off. We arrived at 2 o'clock. Because we checked in at 3 o'clock, the butler Elmo asked the room to be cleaned urgently. We checked in at about 2:30 and helped us upgrade to the snow view two-child family room for free. The room is clean, the floor heating is comfortable, and the intelligence is very high.
Butler Elmo has been actively communicating and solving problems. The lady at the restaurant bar is very nice. She communicated with the next table to move the sofa to the gentleman who was standing to eat French fries. She sent a lot of ketchup and prepared to pack French fries for us. The ski coach is very friendly. The lady helped to take a video for my son, and the brother helped to carry the backpack. They all felt very friendly and had a strong sense of service. The electric car driver answered the questions with a smile, which made me feel comfortable. Then there are some minor flaws:
1. The food prices on the street are not cheap (three people spent 150 on vermicelli soup and soup dumplings, probably at the top of the mountain and during the Spring Festival)
2. There are very few choices for food after 8 pm, because the cableway stops operating at 9 pm.
3. The hotel has poor sound insulation, and 2 pairs of earplugs are provided. People with poor sleep can consider staying at the foot of the mountain.
4. The bathtub water storage function is not good, and the bathing experience is poor (just call for maintenance, it was too late and we didn't call)
5. There is no door, partition or curtain between the bathroom and the living room, so those with children should pay attention
6. The shower head in the bathroom is not designed properly, it is not fixed in the middle and the angle is upward, and the switch between the shower head and the nozzle cannot be pulled (I didn't consult the guest room or the front desk, maybe it can be solved)
7. The breakfast place is small, and you need to share a table or wait for a seat.
8. I didn’t see the star-studded rooftop I had been dreaming about (because it is not open in winter)
I feel the software is better than the hardware. It was a surprise to have floor heating on the top of the mountain (no humidifier, only dehumidifier). Anji is simple, warm and friendly.
