Anji Hotels with Bars

Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

The room is very special, and the stay experience is very good, especially you can visit Yunshang Grassland in the morning and evening to avoid the crowds and high temperatures, and the check-in is very smooth! Then, I would like to especially thank our housekeeper Rose, as well as Manager Li and Zou of the Business Department. The service is really beyond five stars. The day before check-in, housekeeper Rose helped us upgrade to a family room according to the room reservation. On the day of check-in, there was a thunderstorm. Housekeeper Rose paid attention to the opening hours of the cableway while taking care of our emotions. She also helped us arrange new plans properly and made perfect use of the waiting time. At 4:30 in the morning, she helped us contact the shuttle bus to watch the sunrise. The sunrise was really beautiful. This is also the reason why we chose the starry sky at the beginning. You can watch the sunrise on the Yunhai Plank Road. Our suitcases are heavy, and a girl rushed to help us move our luggage. No matter where we check in, they helped us book the travel vehicle as soon as possible, and shared with us the delicious and authentic Tujia dishes in Anji County. During the entire stay, they were online at any time to help us solve every detail problem. I really love them! I feel that every staff member of the hotel is simple and enthusiastic. They work very vigorously and are very efficient in solving problems. I have to give a thumbs up to them and to the starry sky!

I am very satisfied. The scenery in the early morning is amazing. The smoke is lingering, the mountains are undulating, and the black tiles and white walls are like an ink painting. The off-peak tour was very comfortable and they upgraded our room for us. I experienced the hotel's sauna, herbal steaming, sea salt steaming, and several pools, and it was still very good. There was a foreign band performing in the evening and they sang very well. The breakfast is rich and exquisite.

I have wanted to go to this hotel for a long time. The room is nice and the service is very thoughtful. The hotel is on the mountain. It happened to snow, and the online taxi driver's car was not anti-slip, so I contacted the hotel and the hotel sent a car to pick us up. The front desk can make an appointment for the hot spring time to ensure that the guests who travel with you can enjoy the hot spring alone. The hotel also has a helicopter, but it cannot be used in winter. When the spring comes, the hotel can provide free pick-up and drop-off. As the New Year is approaching, the hotel also set off fireworks. The hotel's afternoon tea is also great.

Just came back from Junde Yuxiu B&B. It was so beautiful there, with a large lawn, swings, a canopy, a swimming pool, and an inflatable pool for pets. ^_^ The facilities in the room are all automatic, such as automatic curtains, smart toilets, etc. We stayed in a courtyard room, which had a large bed and a tatami. If it was spring or autumn, when it was neither cold nor hot, it would be so comfortable to sit in the courtyard. The breakfast was good, and what was satisfying was that a nutritious breakfast was prepared for the dog👍 There is also a hot spring in the B&B. Due to time constraints, I didn't go this time. I will go again next time if I have the chance. When checking out, the puppy was reluctant to leave, and it actually ran back to the lobby by itself~~Hahahaha

It’s the fourth time I’ve come to Qiyun, and it already feels like going home. The room is still cloudy and foggy. The family of four lives comfortably. The food cooked by the chef brother is delicious. The new year's bonfire is very warm.

We had a fantastic stay here. We loved the room and the modern touches. The staff were very helpful and friendly to us and our dogs. Our dogs loved the stream just outside the hotel. Hotel grounds are well kept and the rooms are clean. The view from the room was nice and relaxing. Food at the restaurant was nice, just remember to order in advance so they can shop for you. The only thing I would change would be the ability to turn off the automatic lights. When you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night the whole room lights up and you get blinded and it woke my partner up with a startle. There were also the bathroom mirror that had a bright on off button that we needed to cover with a towel.

This is a great B&B. I would like to call it the ceiling B&B in Anji. I have stayed in too many B&Bs in Anji, Tonglu and Moganshan, and I forget many of them after I have stayed there, but this one definitely left a deep impression. Compared with hotels, B&Bs will definitely have insufficient facilities, but there are three reasons why people are willing to choose B&Bs when they travel on holidays. First, B&Bs are often built in places with excellent scenery, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. Jane Eyre carefully selected the site and the scenery is picturesque, but the B&Bs I have stayed in recently are also like this. Second, B&Bs tend to have a stronger sense of design, which fits in with the surrounding landscape. Compared with hotels, they are more ingenious and often have surprises. Jane Eyre's public area is designed very carefully, with singing, billiards, bars, barbecues, open-air cinemas, infinity pools, delicious restaurants, art galleries, and stream tracing... Even if you don't go out for rafting, you can lie down comfortably in it for a day, which is not as good as many B&Bs. The third and most important point is that the hotel management is rigorous, but often lacks human touch. In B&Bs, you can often feel the warmth of family. This is the best part of Jane Eyre. The service is considerate and thoughtful, with a dedicated service WeChat group, free room upgrades, freshly picked welcome fruits in the morning, warm afternoon tea, mineral water delivered at night, exquisite tea sets at parting, the cleaning aunt's intimate greetings, and the housekeeper who sent all the way to the parking lot. All the moments merge into a beautiful picture of Jane Eyre's sincerity and warmth. This is the feeling of B&B vacation that I have missed for a long time. In recent years, B&Bs have shown a blowout growth, and one after another has opened, but they often only pay attention to the hardware facilities, but forget the fundamentals of B&B success. I suggest that you can come to Jane Eyre to see and feel the beauty of B&Bs. In the midsummer, I began to look forward to Jane Eyre's spring, autumn and winter. I hope to revisit with friends and feel Jane Eyre's different style.

I took my family's elderly to Anji for a short vacation and chose the Indigo brand under IHG. Anji Indigo is worthy of being one of the luxury hotels under IHG. I booked 2 rooms in total, one of which was a pre-sale package from Ctrip, and the other was booked directly with the InterContinental APP. From arriving at the hotel to entering the room, a series of doormen, front desk and full concierge services were very professional and the service attitude was excellent. The air in the corridor was fresh, the room facilities were new, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool was a different experience. There was only one Jiwei restaurant in the restaurant. The variety of breakfast was slightly less than that of the high-end and luxury brand hotels of IHG in the city, but the a la carte lunch and dinner were not disappointing at all, but the quantity was relatively small and the price was relatively high. The hotel also has a cave bar, which is less crowded at night, but also unique, and the wine list is much more expensive. Overall, it is highly recommended and I will come again next time!

The room size is right, the hotel also combines Anji's special tea culture, every staff member in the store is very enthusiastic, staying in the tea space on the night of the tea, reading a book, the atmosphere is very good. Opposite the hotel is a barbecue street, easy to eat! The only downside is that because of the barbecue street, I can always hear the outside sound when I sleep in the middle of the night. It is quite noisy. It is strongly recommended to replace the window with double glazing!
