大変気持ち良く泊まれました。自動チェックイン機は使い易く、フロントの接客も良かった。
東横イン名物の無料朝食の種類も多く、満足でした。
名古屋ではなく、ケースによっては三河安城宿泊もいいと思いました。

今回、非常に気持ちよく利用させていただきました。その理由としては、下記の５点が挙げられると思います。①清潔で美しい室内 ②提携駐車場がホテルのすぐ隣にあり、利用し易かったこと ③朝食が非常に満足できたこと ④フロントの方の接客が非常に丁寧であり、好感が持てたこと ⑤名古屋市内観光での当ホテルの利用でありましたが、三河安城駅付近が名古屋市内から車でそれ程遠方でないため、観光基地としてはその立地条件が良かったこと 以上の５点であります。ありがとうございました。

來日本出差不管是東京、大阪還是名古屋都已經住慣了東橫inn酒店。但是，這次入住的三和安城東橫inn酒店讓我非常失望！入住當天比較累，辦完手續倒頭就睡了，一直睡到第二天早上九點半，早餐也沒有去吃。上午十點半左右下樓辦理退房，卻被告知要收取1000日元延房費，才想起規定十點必須退房。但是我不能理解的是前台為什麼十點之前不打個電話提醒我一下，不管怎麼説我也算是東橫inn的老會員，過去在東京也碰到過睡過頭的時候，前台接待都會提前15分鐘打個電話來房間提醒我一下。這次入住三和安城東橫inn卻沒有任何提醒，我問前台一個會説中文的服務員為什麼沒有來電提醒退房，對方支支吾吾也沒有給我一下明確的説法。因為要趕時間我付款了1000日元的延房費離開了酒店。但是回過頭來想想，我覺得酒店前台服務不到位，沒有打退房提醒電話導致，如果我當天睡到下午是不是還要收取我一天房費，心裏真的有點不爽，一千日元不是很多，但是作為連鎖名牌酒店這樣服務和這樣的做法，真的有點搶錢的意思了，對日本東橫inn這樣大的連鎖酒店應該也是一個負面影響。希望攜程相關部門給我一個説法！！
