Facilities: This is a point deduction item. The air conditioner took three repairs before it was repaired, and it leaked for three days. I laid out several towels in the middle of the night and my suitcase got wet.
Hygiene: Hygiene is okay, cleaned every day, but some swimming pools feel like they have just been painted, and swimsuits will stick to the body, and it will be difficult to wash off if they stick to the soles of the feet.
Environment: The environment is very good, the beach is right in the resort.
Service: Every employee serves with a smile and has a good attitude.
The several restaurants reserved in the catering section are all delicious, but the buffet breakfast and lunch are a bit the same.
All-inclusive is highly recommended! All three meals and drinks are provided, which is very cost-effective.

Our family recently had the most wonderful time at the Knossos Royal. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty of the grounds. The hotel is laid out like a charming Greek village, with beautiful gardens and pathways leading to the pools and the private beach. It was a pleasure just to walk around and take in the scenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The service in the restaurants and bars was top-notch, and they made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely fantastic, with a huge variety to choose from at the buffet, and we especially loved the themed nights. We also had a great experience at the à la carte restaurants; the Greek one was a particular highlight! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had a lovely view from our balcony, and the daily cleaning service was excellent. Our kids had a blast at the pools and the beach, and the animation team was brilliant—engaging but never pushy. Overall, it was a perfect holiday. The location, the fantastic food, the lovely staff, and the beautiful setting all made for an unforgettable trip. We're already talking about when we can return!

We spent a wonderful holiday week at Knossos royal resort. We appreciated the gym, the closeness to the beach, all inclusive program was great too. Our room furniture was a little outdates but it never bothered us as we spent all day playing, having fun in the pool or beach or in the kids club. The staff was amazing, very helpful and nice. As it was our family holiday with a 3year old, we had so much fun with amazing animators. I have to mention Hydrotour slovak animators Jakub and Tamara who were amazing with our daughter. Also international animators - Erven, the animations leader and Julia, blondie form Poland, created such a fun and happy environment where we felt like we vere on a holiday :) Thank you very much for this experience and we are looking forward to next year :)

Our vacation here at Knossos Royal was amazing. For us being a big family with parents, our kids, and grandparents the facilities of the hotel helped us to enjoy our time. The food was also great. Our kids had lots of fun at the pools and beach. We would like to thank a lot Cristian for the fantastic experience he offered us. The photo session was full of fun. We all had a great connection with him during the photo session but also during the rest of our holiday, talking and laughing every day together. He knows what means to create a connection with peope of any age (from kids to grandparents). He is a really great photographer, we are truly satisfed with the lovely pictures he took. It was very hard to decide because all of them looked incredible and in the end we bought sooo many. He speaks also a bit Polish and that made everythink much nicer for us. Thank you so much Cristian. You have a great personality that made us like you a lot. You are a very good person. We keep you in our mind and hearts and hope to see you again one day. 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Greetings from Poland!

The experience that we had here was great. We liked the food and the pool. The kids pool was a great plus for our little daughter. We really want to thank Cristian for the wonderful photo session that we had with him. The whole time spent with him was lovely. He offered us a lovely experience and we are very happy and satisfed with the photos we bought. That's why we want to recommend him to everyone. He is a really great and super nice professional guy. This is a review for the wellness spa only. Kostantina is an excellent masseuse and therapist. She is very knowledgeable and could tell me things about my body I did not know. She could tell that I had injured my elbow and that I was stressed without me sharing that information. She took her time and gave me an excellent massage, body scrub as well as using essential oils. A great experience for me and I walked out feeling much better both physically and mentally! I thoroughly recommend this wellness spa! Thank you very much Kostantina! xx

We stayed here for 10 days. On check in you're given a map and some information, but it feels limited for the amount of things you need to know at the hotel. The food is tasty but at times can feel repetitive. There is a lack of fresh and healthy options for children. The other restaurants includes are nice, especially the sea front one. Worth more than one visit if you can. Drinks are varied, however non alcoholic ones are lumited and sugary, plues there is a surcharge for some drinks such as fresh orange juice. The staff are great and very helpful and friendly. Rooms are cleaned daily, however bathrooms need seriously updating. Mini bar is only stocked once. The pool is crowded and people reserve beds from 6am onward. There is constantl euro and international pop music blaring. Not the most relaxing experience. We spent most of our time down in the children's pool near the sea front. The hotel isn't very environmentally friendly. Lots of one use plastic. Overall, we had a nice stay however, not sure I would recommend or stay again.
