A great resort hotel but too busy/mass for us.
Quality of the food could be better. Also sometimes narrow paths at the buffet so people get in each other's way.
Pigeon droppings on the balcony (was cleaned every day), bathroom floor was not mopped, loud music at the pool.

Staff were all really friendly and welcoming. Particularly the restaurant and kids club staff. Plenty of activities for kids and adults to join. Food had a good selection and changed each night. Pizza in the Italian restaurant was perfect. Pools were good for the kids and adults and the drinks selection was good. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars was due to the lack of access to coffee and water around the pool and in the room. I would go again and would recommend.

Arrived on 01/06. Nice bungalow room. On the same day, after a brief power outage, the A/C stopped working. A local maintenance guy came but couldn’t fix it, so I was told an external technician would come the next day. The next day came—no technician. I visited the reception and called several times, but nothing helped. Arrived another local guy to say, "You need a technician. ":))) I asked to switch rooms—no luck, they said everything was fully booked. No solution was offered. And we’re going home tomorrow. This has pretty much ruined the rest of the trip.

Very good hotel with many nice people and a lot of things for kids,I wished I could stay here more,the only thing that I didn't like is the food, there isn't a lot of food choices or a lot food change, but except the food I enjoyed every moment, I am recommending this hotel

Great hotel , the restaurant staff are friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed the company of the entertainment boys and girls , especially Mollie, Lucky,Tandha and Touss, all vey good at their jobs , made our holiday 👍👍 Can’t wait until the next holiday in Serita.
