The hotel itself is phenomenal. Amazing rooms and amazing facilities. The Gym, Spa, Pool and Sauna are world class. However, the service is average and the breakfast was extremely disappointing.

This hotel is AMAZING, the best I have ever stayed in. The facilities are incredible and you'll be treated like royalty. For a fee you can get a golf cart tour of the grounds and see their chimpanzee family, although it's sad to see them caged rather than in a natural environment. I spent two nights which is plenty, as there is nothing to do outside of the resort. If you are hoping to see Monte Alen, I wouldn't count on it. It takes days to get a permit to enter, there are no tour companies, and the government closes parks randomly. The La Paz City is literally a ghost town with an abandoned capitol building and business towers. It's not a good idea to explore this area as the military is guarding it. Unfortunately, this hotel is too isolated. The hotel will pick you up in Bata and take you back for $200USD (100,000XAF).

One of the best five star luxury hotel surrounded by rain forests, featuring many floors and villas, spa area with gym, massage, Indoor and outdoor pools as well as jacuzzis, several restaurants, lecture hall and 18 hole golf course as well as several shops, pharmacy. The variety and quality of food choices are fantastic and extraordinary. This hotel is more than great. It’s a genuine experience that you don’t want to miss It is managed by trained staff and under a great management Many thanks for Housekeeping team and many thanks for the Egyptian Manger Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff with perfect atmosphere, nice food and fast service I never expect that in Africa room was clean and tied I stayed for 3 nights as business trip but I m thinking to com back for a holiday. I have to discover the city. Thanks for hotel management they are really everywhere all day. They care about every think Thank you agin and I will come agin Also I was surprised I fond Egyptian manager working there was fantastic to talk to him and he was every professional.
