Today I came back to the first floor for decoration. The spray paint asked very hard. The smell of paint in the rooms is breathtaking! If you book a friend, it is recommended not to book in these few days

總體來説還是挺好的，房間也很乾凈，客房大姐也很好，前台總體還算好，唯一一點就是今天凌晨夜班的前台服務很不好，態度強硬，説話很沖，本來我是有會員可以兩點退房的，但是在**上訂的，我就給前台商量能不能延遲到兩點，而且連續住三天了，延遲退房這點權限前台還是有的吧，也不知道這個前台是心情不好還是受了什麼委屈，説話很難聽，最後答應了可以2點退房，我説十二點不要給我打電話我到兩點之前會走的，他就説明天不是我的班我怎麼知道你明天自己給前台説，我説我給你打電話目的就是中午不要給我打電話，你讓我中午自己給前台我意義在哪，你們不能交接嗎，不能備註嗎？搞不懂什麼意思，無語了，住酒店從來不會給人差評的，第一天就給你們5分，結果今天凌晨這個前台態度太差了，本來今天還想在住三天的，這樣的態度我覺得還是算了吧，換一家吧
