The facilities are a bit outdated, and the smell of smoke from the air outlet of the air conditioner is quite uncomfortable. The room facing the south is opposite to the construction site, it was too noisy at noon to take a nap.

The hotel facilities are a bit old and the towels are not new. In the first room I was offered, urine stains were left on the toilet seat. After changing to another room, the tea table had no power and could not boil water. The service attitude of the front desk staff is really good. They said that they would change another room for me. I am really too lazy to move again. Waited until after 8pm when the electrician came to work to fix it.

第一次住 水壺裡有黃色的不明物體，馬桶邊上還有黃色污漬。服務員過來換了一個水壺，送了兩瓶水。
第二次住 房間門鎖壞了，想用電話聯繫前台，結果沒有電話線。用手機聯繫了前台 換了另一個房間 枕頭上還有頭髮，牀頭櫃旁邊還有煙灰，本想到前台提一下建議，前台接待也不熱情，算了。

住的大床房，房間靠最邊，很大，酒店旁邊是個美食街，這個是很大的優點，衞生狀況很好，電視機不大，其他都還好，符合維也納的標準

到店已經比較晚了，網頁顯示可以休息到10點，前台很生硬的説到9.40必須走，他們還要收拾房間，我是認為如果有這個要求咱可以在網頁預訂頁説明或者好好跟客户解釋，而不是一張臭臉在那擺譜！
