I have stayed at your house several times. I am also from Suzhou, but I was particularly dissatisfied with my two-night stay this time. I have several points of dissatisfaction. First of all, 1. The front desk arranged for me to stay next to the cleaning lady's room, and I was woken up very early in the morning (I don't mean to blame the cleaning lady here). 2. The room is not soundproof. There was a lot of noise coming from upstairs at around 2 a.m., and they left after they were done. Are there hourly rooms available at night? 3. I wanted to sleep in at around 8 o'clock in the morning, but I heard the sound of renovation work upstairs. 4. I originally wanted to watch TV, but I found that there was only a remote control that could turn the TV on and off, but no remote control for playback. I went to the front desk, and they said that they would use a robot to turn it on. As a result, I waited for more than an hour. Just when I fell asleep, the phone rang and the robot came. Isn’t this pure torture? The above are my opinions and dissatisfaction. This is not the first time I have stayed at your house, but this time I am particularly disappointed!

設施：設施設備很完善，智能化設備使用很舒適。 衞生：衞生這家一直都很不錯，我特別介意衞生間異味，浴室難聞，這家在這些方面都非常不錯，而且床單也不想別家有消毒水的味道，整體氣味上，還是非常舒適的。 環境：環境很不錯，安靜整潔舒適 服務：服務全程機器人陪同，很注重個人私隱，很好。

真的超級超級好的一個酒店，服務特別特別好，而且乾淨衞生，酒店很隔音，能睡到很舒服，性價比超高，這個價格能睡成高級酒店的感覺，超舒服的，前台小姐姐們也超級有耐心，很温柔，保安大叔也很好，下次還來，真的超級推薦！！！來宿州，就衹住這個酒店！！！不是拖

前台小姐姐服務態度超級無敵好，對待客人有禮貌，房間打掃的也很乾凈，而且價格也不貴，設備齊全，燈光明亮，還有可愛的小機器人送外賣到門口，體驗感超級棒，來了宿州這麼多次衹有他們家住的最舒服

酒店環境乾淨安靜，門口有保安，停車很方便，前台小妹妹漂亮服務熱情，辦事效率高，還給免費升級了套房，雙衞生間，有浴缸，機器人服務，關鍵價格還不高，性價比很高，床上用品很舒服，睡的特別安穩，下次還會選擇。

親子房 房間非常大，足夠一家三口住。房間設施很乾凈、很敞亮。衞生間也很大，鏡子一圈又燈，裝修現代，馬桶是智能加温的。住了兩次，不想去別的地方住了😄
