晚上八點到了，還不能入住，還得等，説房間沒打掃完，第一次遇到這樣的酒店。對此，酒店沒有任何解釋，晚上洗澡，洗澡水太燙，水温居然不能調節，前台就説要調節得換樓上的房間，得了，八點都不能入住，半夜終於入住，洗個澡，要想調節水温還得換房間，這一折騰都快天亮了吧？真奇葩！

住過的最差酒店，沒有之一。我們晚上8點鐘到達酒店，被告知無法辦理入住，因為房間還沒有打掃乾淨，前台連基本的歉意都沒有，解釋説因為昨天有婚禮客房要一間一間的收拾，不能光收拾您那間（前台的原話）攜程訂單頁面寫的清清楚楚入住時間為下午2點，到晚上8點中間6個小時房間都沒有收拾出來還理直氣壯！
通過和攜程溝通晚8:30左右終於辦理了入住手續，洗澡時孩子發現浴缸臟頭髮都沒有清理，我們自己清理乾淨了，然後發現洗澡水只有熱水，水温燙的是褪豬毛的程度，冷水調節閥是壞的，扭到冷水處就不出水，打電話給前台被告知酒店為恆温洗澡水無法調節，客房部工作人員還貼心的告訴我們把花灑掛的高一些，並且身體力行的爬上浴缸把花灑掛到最高處，自己扭開水發現還是燙的不行，遂作罷。快12點時酒店又來電話説如果我們想洗澡可以換到樓上大床房，我想説如果酒店設施壞了就老老實實的道歉，不要死鴨子嘴硬！既然酒店恆温洗澡水到樓上就可以調節了嗎？有朋友一家住在我們隔壁同户型，洗澡水正常。經過兩次投訴酒店方表示堅決不給房費打折，衹塞來兩張10元一張50元的代金劵，並且傲嬌的規定一次衹能用一張。這種地方誰還會來第二次？
早餐又是一個刷新紀錄的經歷，隊友不到8:30去早餐回來説和另一位住客分享了兩個半根的油條外加一丟丟鹹菜，由於沒有餐盤所以詢問工作人員，大剌剌的被告知：就是沒有…就問你服不服？！這種酒店還能活着真是奇蹟！退房時我們拿出代金劵，此時經理又表示代金劵一張也不能用了，讓我們下次使用，主打一個逗你玩🤪
説到這裏我迫切希望攜程可以給個負分評價，以及黑名單酒店，安國國際大酒店一定是拔得頭籌！

通過圖片訂了這家酒店，結果住進去以後發現這家酒店只有網上的宣傳圖片不錯以外，其他的沒有一項能讓客人滿意。住進去發現馬桶🚽 坐便器根本不清理，臟的太噁心了，服務員過來後直接説是清理不掉的，我現場用紙巾一擦就掉了…，結果換了一間房衞生臟的要死，馬桶還是噁心的要命…，等了15分鐘換了第三間房總算閉着眼睛可以看了…地巾臟的都沒法看，更不用説用了，睡醒了以後渾身癢，懷疑床單不知用用什麼東西清洗還是直接不清洗…投訴到總枱到退房也沒有給任何回覆，回頭想想，一家酒店最基本的安全衞生管理成這個樣子，投訴是沒有用的。如果反應問題酒店重視的話就不會出現這樣的最基礎的衞生紅線問題
