The hotel has a central location which was the only positive. The staff was very unfriendly - the woman at the reception were continously on her phone during talking with us, and even other receptionist not helpful at all. The room was very tiny and poorly furnished with the cheapest materials. It did not feel comfortable at all. Our room was just at the central corridor and as walls are like paper it was extremely noisy. If anyone passed by you had the feeling it is passing just directly at your bed. The breakfast was okay and the only more frindly staff personal we meet there. The price was pretty high considering these circumstances and definitely not worth it.. I am sure thre are much better choices nearby.

Muito boa estadia, quartos limpos, café da manhã muito bom, sem tantas variedades , porém o que tem é muito bem feito. Ovos mexidos deliciosos. Todos muito simpáticos e prestativos . Ótima localização . Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

Lo elejimos por estar a 500 metros de la estacion Santa Luzia desde donde salimos hacia Ilha Grande a la mañana siguiente. Las habitaciones son sumamente pequeñas (el baño puede resultar incomodo si vas muchos dias). El hotel es limpio, el personal amable, el desayuno adecuado. La zona no es bulliciosa, pudimos descansar perfectamente y, a su alrededor, hay varias opciones para comer.

Habitación enorme, cama comodisima, baño inmenso. Sorprendida!! Desayuno completísimo. A unas cuadras del centro y a unas cuadras del Puerto para ir a Ilha Grande. Me recibieron tarde y super respetuosos.

Está no centro da cidade, rodeado de lojas, farmácias, lanchonetes e a apenas 400 metros do Píer de Santa Luzia, de onde saem os barcos para passeios. O quarto tem guarda-roupa, TV de tela plana, wi-fi gratuito, banheiro, roupa de cama, toalhas e frigobar. Serve um café da manhã muito bom, das 06h às 10h. Tem estacionamento privativo, que pode ser providenciado por um custo extra de R$ 30 ao dia, mas fica a 100 metros do hotel. Os funcionários são bastante educados, especialmente o Leco, que diante de um problema no quarto, fez de tudo para realizar a troca de forma rápida, nos levando para escolher outro quarto e se preocupando em nos deixar no maior conforto possível.
