Pousada Paraíso Ilha Grande has an excellent location, close to the main restaurants, markets and other necessary types of commerce, without however suffering from noise from any bars that play music until late. It has a simple breakfast, but it serves the purpose. The accommodations are also OK, with emphasis on the air conditioning which, even with tremendous heat, kept the room at a pleasant temperature. Very attentive staff service.

Manager charged an absurd increase just for the stay being in December, and for the price: - the air conditioning could have been better accessible, as it was very loud and could only be "adjusted" with the help of a chair. - breakfast could be more varied - beds could be more comfortable, resulting in neck pain and poor quality sleep. - the manager could have at least been a little more flexible regarding a couple's breakfast, due to lack of instructions and communication.

I didn't find the pillows comfortable or the mattress. The rooms do not have closets and the bathrooms do not even have hangers or hairdryers. Management is not flexible at all. Daily prices are very expensive and increase with each period.

Erika rainha, o resto nadinha! O quarto é um pouco pequeno para 4 pessoas, o colchão de casal da para sentir as molas, os travesseiros bem macio, mas um pouco baixo demais. O café da manhã maravilhoso, comidas do dia a dia, mas todas muito bem feita!

A cama de casal não era muito confortável e o quarto, pra quatro pessoas, estava apertado. O ar condicionado gelou muito bem. A cama beliche era boa. O café da manhã é bom. A cozinheira Fabi arrasou nos bolos. Os funcionários são muito educados (a atendente Jenifer não muito amigável). A Érica, da recepção é extremamente atenciosa, prestativa e educada.

Tive uma experiência incrível junto a minha namorada! Bem localizada, fechamos o pacote com a Ilha Tour! Fomos de férias por 1 semana em Ilha Grande e nossa hospedagem foi na Pousada, que fez uma recepção maravilhosa pela Érica, com dicas e hospitalidade única! A Jennifer foi também maravilhosa em cada noite que passamos, sempre que pedimos dicas ela nos dava o direcionamento dos melhores bares, restaurantes e até passeios! Tudo que ela indicou fomos e amamos! A Enides também faz parte da recepção e foi muito solicita quando precisamos! Sobre o café da manhã que é super importante, simplesmente maravilhoso, Clarice e Fabi buscavam sempre observar cada cliente com a sua necessidade e fazer o melhor que podiam, vi o preparo específico de bolo vegano, manteiga, sucos para várias famílias! O serviço de quarto nos atendeu super bem, tudo limpinho e cheiroso, Clarice e Bambie arrasaram! E o Neto que durante a noite 🌙 quando precisamos foi super solicito! Foi uma ótima experiência com todos os funcionários extremamente educados, solícitos e alto astral!
